Never again
My experience with Woody Fashion has been frankly disappointing.
I purchased a piece of furniture from this brand through the Privalia app, and the delivery time was approximately one month. The wait was already quite long, but the real disappointment came after the product arrived.
When I finally received the furniture, I was genuinely surprised by the poor quality. The material appears to be low-grade particleboard or pressed cardboard, far from what one would reasonably expect. The price shown on the app was presented as discounted, but I can only imagine how frustrating it would be for someone paying full price for this level of quality.
To make matters worse, the top panel arrived damaged. I contacted Privalia to request assistance, but no effective solution was offered. I am now left with an already assembled piece of furniture in my home, damaged and with no practical way to replace or return it.
Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from this brand again, nor will I use this platform for furniture in the future. An experience I cannot recommend.
