woofers and barkers Reviews

The service is always good.
The products are good, (that's the dog's opinion)
What's not to like?

Ordering was easy and they were very quick as sending us the goods. We've also been to their shop and the people have always been exceptionally friendly and their expertise is highly valued.

We had previously had a good experience when purchasing dog chews online here. When we chose a drying coat from Ruff and Tumble, it was advantageous to place our order through Woofers and Barkers as their free delivery threshold was so much lower. The coat was delivered quickly, with a hand-written Thank you acknowledging that we were return customers. Also enclosed again was the gift of a dog biscuit baked from natural ingredients. We shall continue to shop with them, and plan to visit in person in the near future.

Fabulous dog coats!
Had to return to change the size but were exchanged quickly.
Great service , thank you so much!
…..and the pups loved their Pupcakery dog biscuit! A lovely surprise!!

Beautiful well priced products in lovely packaging

So friendly; such great quality

Fantastic service both in store and online, quality of the products is great - highly recommend

Woofers and Barkers are fantastic! My order came so quickly and even came with a little treat. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth visiting their store in Holt - lovely friendly people, offering really useful advice.

This shop is a marvellous addition to Holt. Martin and Tom are extremely knowledgeable about their lovely product ranges. On this occasion, I placed an online order which arrived promptly, beautifully packaged, with a yummy dog treat, and a hand written note!
Thank you for the exceptional customer service.

Another order received from this lovely shop. Online ordering easy and delivery very quick. The free dog biscuit was well received by our little Schnauzer!!
Highly recommend

Great service, but most importantly my dog loves the treats...

I have bought two leather slip leads from this company and very impressed with the quality. I cannot comment on durability as it is early days.

Very impressed with the customer service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong type of lead on one of my orders and when I rang to discuss the response was a no quibble send it back to us and we will refund you.

These throw sticks are loved by one dog, the others haven't had an opportunity to play yet.

I have been a customer for a few years. The products are great and the service is always very good
