Price was very good, delivery was swift even though it was the Easter weekend, I spoke to Oliver who kept me informed on delivery dates. Overall this couldn’t have been much better. Great Experience. I bought the Sealey Superline Pro range of storage by the way. I had a lot of units.

Great service, from start to finish. Easy to use website and ordering process, very quick delivery and customer service was excellent! An issue (not the suppliers fault0 was resolved in a very timely manner!

Seems like a drop shop. Price seems good, says it’s in stock, you buy. Days later, when you’ve had to chase them up, they ‘suddenly’ discover that due to an error it’s no longer in stock. They pretend to have immediately refunded you, which is a lie. My bank immediately notify me when a refund has been actioned. 3 working days after claiming to have refunded me, my bank apparently knows nothing about it. I will never try and buy from them again

Update on previous review;
Unfortunately there was a fault with the item purchased which meant that the product had to be returned to the manufacturer under Warranty.
Oliver at Workshopping could not have been more attentive and helpful with processing my warranty claim. Communication and updates were spot-on from him, as he was liaising with the manufacturer on my behalf. Thanks to Oliver, the situation was resolved and all ended well.
Sometimes things don’t always go as we would like and, although no fault of Workshopping themselves, this company stepped up to the mark and I’m grateful for not being left to sort things out myself. I’d not hesitate to buy from them again in future. It’s proof that they’ll be there for you if you need some input. Thank you Oliver. 👍🏻

Regarding your comment that I informed you after the collection, this is not correct. I informed you on the same day, by replying to your RMA email on 19 July. The collection took place on 24 July.

Excellent company, I placed an order yesterday at 2pm for 320kg and today around 12pm I received the order. Very attentive, they kept me informed of the entire process. My trolley arrived in perfect condition. I recommend Workshopping 100%

Ordered from this company online as it was at a great price. Website said in stock.

6 days later, got an order cancelled notification. Reason, not in stock and discontinued model.

They are still selling it online and the manufacturer sells them directly at a higher price.

Cant help thinking they advertise things at a cheap price to get you to buy other bits as well and then kick you out on the cheap (bait) item.

Don’t order if you need an item quickly.

I needed to fix my car, ordered some tools, I expected delivery Thursday or Friday at the latest so I could work over the weekend.

Two weekends went by before the order arrived.

They sell stock they don’t hold.

Very slow. This caused me problems.

Amazon is the way to go.
This company needs to improve dispatch times.

I ordered an item 6 days ago and I've been emailing them for 3 days they haven't replied or delivered the item yet. I'm worried it was a scam and lose my money since I already paid.

Easy site to order if you have the part numbers,safe payment delivery information good ,and delivered when they said.

Called up to ask if the items I wanted to purchase were in stock as I knew the items were obsolete and hard to get. I was told on the phone "the website is updated with live stock every couple of hours, so if it is saying you can order then there is stock".

Placed the order only to have it cancelled and told stock not available due to it being obsolete.

I never seen or dealt with a company as this one.
I have order tools to fix a vehicle I was promised that the part will be delivered today TO THEM, I have been calling from 8.30 in the morning to find out what time the item will be delivered so that I can send a driver over to collect it. 80 miles of expense out of my pocket.
To then be told that they don't have the actual part and it wont be delivered to them until Monday NEARLY AT THE END OF THE DAY leaving me with my vehicle off the road when I could have sought an alternative part.
This has left me out of pocket and extremely annoyed when if communicated properly I could have sorted something else out.
Extremely annoyed and disappointed now and out of pocket due to bad customer service.
The funny thing is even the worse delivery company will give you estimate time of delivery.
And their excuse all day when I was calling to find out what time they will receive the delivery. They saying they don't know what time they will have the received their delivery.

No problems with the company or delivery, however the product purchased from them (sealey car cover) was of very poor quality.
