Brilliantly professional and understanding staff. Called about medical cover for a Uk trip, and it was so easy. Felt that the service knew and understood about my medical conditions, and it was easy to talk about the ones that were relevant to my cover. It took quite a long time to sort out our insurance but the lady on the phone remained patient and helpful and we did get the insurance sorted out to our delight.

Great to deal with
This was the only company that would insure me with a less than 6 month prognosis. Thanks to them I managed to enjoy a wonderful cruise and I have another one booked. I had almost given up all hopes of obtaining cover.
