I have called and emailed 5 times(10 contacts in total) and no response whatsoever!!!!!!

Shame as I was wanting to order 1000 bottles…….

Do not buy from them. From placing order to delivery 5 weeks. No contact or customer support. Couldn't cancel my order. Arrived with 50% of the order missing and cracked jars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY

completed payment order on Saturday. No communication until i called in on friday only to be told that it is being ready to be dispatched and it will take 3 to 5 days to arrive. Cancelled and requested a refund. will never use again. absolute cowboys.

I’d avoid ordering from here like the plague, I placed on order on the 07/07/2026 and I am still waiting for that order to arrive. The customer support is terrible, you can’t get through on the phone number they provide, they don’t respond to emails, it takes a well to get a response through the online contact form and then when you respond to their response you get no reply and have to submit a new contact response.

I placed an order, was informed by UPS that is was damaged and so they were sending it back and the supplier would be in touch, I got nothing - no contact, no refund. It took weeks to finally get a response in which they offered to ship the items again or receive a refund, I still wanted the items, they said they would I would receive them in a few days, i got a an email saying they had arranged shipping 7 days later and ever since it has been stuck at customs as world of bottles has not provided the information they need. And now 11 days after the shipping email I have an email saying my items are out of stock. I don’t know how they are out of stock if they’ve already sent the items. Extremely disappointed.

*update* I have now given this company 5 stars instead of the original 1 star. The bottles have arrived & they are beautiful. Emails had been sent out a few weeks before saying they had a new system and emails were lost. After that I had constant communication from them and the courier company.
I will buy from here again now I have confidence in them.

I ordered my bottles on the 23rd of July 2026 & they still haven't arrived.
I have sent 3 emails and used the online form but no one bothers to answer.
I understand the bottles are coming from Germany, but a little reassurance would go a long way! They are very quick to take your money!
I will be getting PayPal involved for a refund if nothing happens soon!!

Ordered £150 worth of bottles a week ago. Have had no shipping info / planned shipping info. Have tried to contact via email and online form and have got nowhere / no information at all. Can't cancel the order / get a refund - is this company even real?

Excellent range of products at competitive prices. Very well packaged given that the contents are fragile and have travelled a fair distance.

Great products, beautifully packed and delivered on time

I ordered Weck jars for my baking. To buy them in the UK is very expensive. I found that even with the delivery cost it was much cheaper to get from World of Bottles.
I placed my order and they were dispatched within a couple of days. Well packed, there were no breakages.
I love my new Weck jars. If I need more, I know where to buy them.

few weeks ago, I ordered 16 glass bottles with lids from your company, but unfortunately 5 arrived broken. After I contacted your customer service team, you responded very quickly and kindly resent the entire order without any issues.

Shocking! I buy bottles from a stack of companies, but was looking for some new shapes, I put some samples in my cart, went to check out, they wanted over £20 postage! It was 10 bottles. I can't belive how disgusting they can be, to make money off customers on shipping costs! It's nothing to do with weight, I've never paid that much for 40+ bottles. Shameful! Shop around, there are more honest companies out there! Shame on you!

We have used WoB for a number of years now and have always had prompt delivery, and some breakages along the way which were always replaced. The packaging on this last order was far superior to previous orders and we had no breakages...keep up the good work.
On another note we are very disappointed to see some of our favourite design discontinued for example the 200ml skulls, motorbikes, elephants etc. Is there a reason for this and is there a reason for this?
Customers care is excellent as is turnaround time.
Look forward to continuing our experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service - after over 2weeks order still never arrived.

I bought this product as a gift for a family member. I was really pleased with it. The delivery was fast, and the product was well packed. I will certainly purchase from this company again and have recommended it to family and friends.

Brilliant items, fantastic quality and prices. Although the shipping was on the pricey side, it was well worth it. Packaged exceptionally well and glass items received were perfect.
