Absolutely appalling service. I would give zero stars if I could.

I was previously assured over the phone that I would receive a full refund for my cancelled Qatar Airways flights. The cancellation was confirmed on 22nd March, yet I have received no refund to date and have had zero communication from the company since.

Despite this, they are now attempting to charge £60 per person for the cancelled flights, which is completely unacceptable and contradicts what I was clearly told.

I have made multiple attempts to contact them and have been ignored every time. The lack of communication, transparency, and accountability is extremely frustrating.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this travel agent. I will be taking this further if the issue is not resolved immediately.

Any issues I have had have been solved immediately, I always contact Jamie for the best deals and he never disappoints. I was trying to get a quote for my multiple flights with different travel agents. I got the best deal with an agent called Jamie Brown from World Flight Vibes. He was patient, calm, helpful and responding well with my enquiry. He also was making practical suggestions for flights so that I don’t have to wait in transit for long, at anti social hours. He was very particular about checking every detail of the flight and payment.
