The return policy is a joke, you spend the money and have to repurchase the product before you receive credit. It took for ever for the return to see my charge card.

I was able to track down your order. Again Sorry for the delay. There is sometimes a delay on orders that ship to Canada. My records show it cleared Canada customs on Dec 9 and is scheduled to be delivered by 12/21. I hope this helps. I will send more details to the email with your order.

We are a part of the the 4% that rates…
We are a part of the the 4% that rates World rugby shop poorly. Yes you can get items at decent prices BUT you are paying for that if anything goes wrong with the products. You have to get your shoes and wear them quickly to ensure that they stay together. If you’re a normal player and use them a couple times a week you may not know how cheap they are. We planned ahead and bought 2-pairs thinking that this would help the show (cleats) last longer. After 20 uses the darn things feel apart. Te actually ripped at the seams. Then we asked about some help on a pair that might last longer than 20 uses but world rugby shop says “too bad, so sad, they were purchased more than 30 days ago. We won’t stand behind old products.”
20 uses is not OLD PRODUCT.
The 2nd pair seems to be working ok. But we have to wait and see.
My guess is that if you’re going to put the shoes through their paces in less than 30-days they will refuse the refund because you used them “unnaturally”.
Customer service is horrible
