Service broken from day one, support ignores evidence, refund refused
I purchased a Thailand Dedicated VPN (3 months). The server broke on the first day of the new billing cycle — SSL certificate expired, then connection issues continued. I tested OpenVPN TCP, UDP, and WireGuard from both iPhone and Mac. All failed: TCP disconnects every 4 minutes, UDP port not open, WireGuard received 0 bytes. I sent detailed logs and data. Support never read any of it — they kept asking me to try things I already tested, sent a screenshot showing "it works" from their own network, and ignored that it doesn't work from Thailand. When I requested a refund, they refused citing ToS. I have been a customer since August 2025 and went through 4 server replacements. Same cycle every time. Would not recommend.
