Just had my MOT done by Wright's motors and
found their service & communication excellent,
Would highly reccomend them.

Now THIS is what you call service! I was needing help asap, and that is what I got. Each time I called, I was given step by step support, so I knew what was going on. I was seen promptly, so this would not mess up my already planned day, and my car was fixed in hours! I dealt with about 3 different staff members, ALL being super helpful, I would highly recommend. Thank you again Wrights.

I appreciate how they make sure the car has a full MOT and an inspection and a valet. My car looked lovely! Since having the car (for under two months), I have had a few issues but I have spoken to the garage and every time they have checked the car out and have tried really hard to put things right! They are so personable and really do put their customers first.

I picked up my C3 Aircross today and I can honestly say I am super impressed with everything about Wrights Motors. It’s the first time in 45+ years of driving and buying cars that I have felt like that. No pressure selling, no trying to be your best mate just good honest facts about the car you’re looking at. All cars are priced competitively. And when you pick your car up it looks like new and I mean new. Would throughly recommend them so much so that I will be back later this year to replace my wife’s car. Don’t mess around get yourself down or go online and grab yourself a deal. 10 out of 10

Great service and care throughout. From start to finish the sales team were not pushy or persuasive. Any questions were dealt with genuinely. Not often you can fully trust a garage however I would highly reccomend Wrights motors and will definelty look to purchase from them in the future.

Terrible dealer, I purchased a car from here and it has had many problems in the 4 months of owning it. The car was not advertised with damaged headlights and I only found this out at night when the damage was extremely visible, this was brought to the attention of Mark within 6 days after purchasing and he said bring it back as he will “fix” them.
The lights are £2000 and his excuse was the lights get hot because there led! lol LED lights do not get anywhere near as hot as halogen or normal bulbs! The fact is the car was sold with faulty headlights and the dealer took it back to repair so liability has been accepted by them.

Incorrect brakes were also fitted to the vehicle by this dealer which resulted in a loud clunking noise, i took the vehicle to another reputable RAC dealer who advised that cheap brake pads have been fitted and they were indeed an incorrect fit for this vehicle.

I have spoken to the finance provider who agree that the dealer is in the wrong and they have refunded me for the mechanical issues and they have strongly advised me to continue with the complaint to the motor ombudsman as they can deal with cosmetic damage and false advertisement.

I would honestly not ever buy from this garage again or want to deal with mark as he lacks a lot of knowledge in this field! Overall this is a very disappointing purchase and I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

It was our first time buying a car from this garage and the service couldn’t be better. The car was like new when we picked it up and throughly checked and a high standard. Communication was great and Mark and Adam very helpful. It’s our daughter’s car so safety was high up on the list as a new driver and feel very reassured that’s it’s had all its checks. Thank you very much and I highly recommend you as an honest, reliable and safe garage.

From start to finish had best experence of purchasing our new car. Mark and Adam were a delight to meet so honest and felt like we had known them ages. Car has just been delivered from their garage to our house in london which is quite away. So happy with the service these two guys have given us. Will definately recommend. Thank you so much. Needed a small reliable car for my daughter after hers broke. Found one on Autotrader with Wrights Motors. Spoke with Mark. Told him our situation, he was honest, helpful, & clear on what the car came with and the services they offer. He couldn't help us enough with different finance options for her and with any concerns that I had. Nothing was too much trouble and we must have spoken at least 3/4 times a day until we decided to go ahead and put a deposit down. If I couldn't get hold of Mark, other members of the team would help. The car is immaculate, fully serviced and MOT'd before collection together with RAC warranty. She is thrilled with it (just hope she keeps it immaculate lol!)

Mark is a competent professional salesman who from initial contact to vehicle handover made the whole experience uncomplicated and easy.
The vehicle was as stated and additional works were carried out to the letter.
Nothing was to much trouble I have a great car and now have a dealer that will get my repeat business.

I saw the car online and decided to give Wrights Motors a call. The owner of the garage answered the phone and explained to me the history of the garage and why they had such good reviews. I paid a deposit for the second hand car I wanted and arranged for it to be delivered to Lincolnshire. The car arrived today and it looks immaculate even though it is 9 years old. I am delighted with it.

Bought a car from this dealer in Jan 2021, car was ok and runs well, my only criticism is the RAC warranty which is provided with the car, it’s worthless, if you check on trust pilot they only have 1.5 stars and 90% bad feedback. This say everything you need to know.
My recent experience in July 23 with the gold policy for the car bought in Jan 21, cost me £1200 so don’t be fooled by the salesman patter about you have this protection in case things go wrong!
I think this dealer should have a real look at what they’re offering through the RAC and kick them into touch. It’s not worth the paper it’s written on.

Mark made the process of buying my first car so easy! Everyone who I came into contact with were amazing so helpful and informative and not pushy at all. Buying a second-hand car, "what a refreshing experience" - those are words I never thought I would hear myself saying!From start to finish the process was friendly, professional and unhurried. Everyone we dealt with were lovely local people. From Richard Knight who dealt with the sale and answered all of our questions to Mark Wright, the Guvnor, who picked us up to collect the car and made us feel at home, even to the cleaner who made sure we were being attended to - perfection.
