Excellent service and Communication!

Very friendly, open and factual communication via email or telephone with Elpida Barbarescu. Quick feedback on all questions throughout the booking process.
Of course, now we also expect that all of this information will be confirmed to the yacht check-in process and during our trip at Corfu in September this year. We looking forward to enjoy a great time.

The service from Yacht4less is excellent. I have used them for 5 trips at this point.
Our catamaran trip this August was first class. The boat was in very good condition. Everything worked.
We are 4 couples in our sixties. The Lagoon 42 was spacious and comfortable. We will do it again!

After being seriously let down by Zizoo, Yacht4Less managed to find me a yacht at the last minute, saving my holiday.

Easy booking process, responsive,quickly to all questions.
Local support out of Kos was brilliant.
Aircon failed on another island, engineer was there within 1/2 hour to solve the problem!

Yacht4less was active throughout the entire process from yacht selection, payment of the charter company, and handling the coordination of additional materials necessary to be properly prepared when I and my crew arrived in Croatia.

I dealt with Elpida and her assistance made the process seamless so there were no surprises or disruption when we hit the ground in Dubrovnik which helped ensure our vacation was thoroughly enjoyable. I think Elpida deserves a raise.

Very professional and organised charter company , great owners and boat , pretty smooth all round ( Ryan air aside !) used a few charter companies these guys right up there !

He gave us plenty of private space and we would love to sail with him again. I haven't actually had my trip yet but can review the booking experience I had. I had found a sailing boat but by the time I went to book it was 'on hold'. I phoned the company and a very helpful lady told me that she would see what she could do and we chatted about alternatives. As it was she released the hold so that we could book our preferred choice but also sent us other options to consider. It was a very fast and efficient service.

We booked with Kate at Yacht4Less on recommendation from a friend and were not let down. It's our first charter and Kate has been incredibly helpful and patient with us every step of the way including after we booked.

Sales 10/10 - Not pushy at all (and we dragged our heals for sure)
Price 10/10 - possibly the best we found one the web. There are always lots of optional extras but thats the same everywhere.
Customer Service 10/10 - Very prompt and helpful (Even answering out of hours sometimes!)

We have used Yacht4Less on more than one occasion. They are an excellent yacht charter company. Kate our consultant went out of her way to find exactly what we were looking for our bareboat charter in the Sporades in May 2023. Kate from Yacht4less was so helpful through the process of booking . We were undecided about where to sail out of and her knowledge of the Greek islands was really helpful to us as we are pretty new to sailing.
The boat was fantastic really spot on , the staff at the marina were great . She also helped us arrange a car hire when we arrived which we picked up at the airport and dropped at the marina. We will definitely be using Yacht4Less next year.

Delighted with the service we received from Kate. The boat, was ideal for our family and the price very reasonable. The Amalfi coast was everything they say about it and having the yacht made a 2 night stay at Capri less painful on the wallet! Kate handled all my enquiries along the way. We are looking forward to booking another yacht with her for next year.
