Terrible order fulfillment
Placed an order on May 19. A week later I get an email that they have had an unusual volume of orders and are backed up. Fine. It happens. Not the end of the world.
Then a couple of days later I get a shipping confirmation email for the yarn and other bits I ordered. Then a few hours later I get an email saying g the yarn shipping notice was a mistake. They’re actually out of stock of that item and their website didn’t say that. Ok fine. I’m annoyed but they refunded me the yarn and the other items are on the way. I’ll live.
A few days later, on 5/29, my comically large box for what’s in it arrives. I open it. 3 items are inside of 6 that were expected. But 2 of those 3 items are not correct. The order was marked as fulfilled and delivered so nothing else was still in transit. The box also had zero packing paper or padding. I’m glad the items are not particularly fragile!
I emailed asking for a full refund. The good news is they responded (with what’s obviously a generic drop down menu style reply) quickly and I got a refund notification. But good grief, what is going on there that this was such a mess?
I’ve never ordered from this store before this time and I certainly never will again.
