Chevy dealer wanted over 1K for the OE running boards installed. Found these online......ordered, and they were delivered in one day. Install took maybe an hour tops, was super easy. They look great! Exactly what I was hoping for......

Got a set of tow mirrors for 18 Silverado. There is a large mark on the drivers mirror. Half the features don't work such as the marker lights or turn signals. I sent them back a few days later. Got off Amazon so on problem getting a full refund.

The customer service was top notch and the headlights were exactly as described. I am 100% satisfied with the product, price, and Yitamotor as a company. 10/10

I replaced my 2004 Tacoma headlights and reflectors with Yitamotor. It's a very high-quality product, and I'm very pleased with the results!

I bought 2 tow mirrors and one didn't work properly. I reached out to the company.there reply was

I didn't send half the price wanted and get 2 mirrors. So why would I want half a product when I paid in full. Now u want to barging with me on a product you sent me. Talk about quality control with on line orders. I sent my response back and haven't heard from them yet. I don't like doing bad business deal with a company to do busy with. Stay away and try e bay at like amazon you get a return. Not try to hassle of a product you sent me. It's just not worth the time to send them back or money. Yitamotor don't deal in business they deal in fraud

After reading the reviews on this company, I am concerned that I am getting scammed and worried about the quality of the parts. If they are bad, I wreck and probably die... I thought they were an American company out of Seattle, however, you cant believe what you read on the web... Lets see if I get the shipment, and check it out and will edit my review.

Yitamotor running broads for 2021 Toyota Tacoma. Easy to install. Fast delivery, 3 days. A discount if you sign up for emails. I am very pleased ordering from this company and very please with the running broads. The sides were labeled wrong, but no big deal just switched. I installed by my self using 2 milk crates if you have help the job wood be easier.

I BOUGH A FRONT END CONTROL ARM KIT FOR A 2005 GMC SIERRA, after installing the lower control arms, the right side was jammed with the knuckle and the outer tip of the lower control arm . next to lower tie rod, I order this about a month ago and because of a very busy schedule, I finally got to work on the truck after a month. I got them for a 2004 GMC Sierra, 1500, 4X4. the knuckle would not turn because there was no clearance. the arm is about 1/8 or more, longer than the original one. another bad thing is that, the grease nipple is located right at the center of the lower tie rod, on the upper position, and to be able to grease the joint, the axle has to be removed for access. I had to grind the outer tip of the right lower control arm, about 1/8 of and inch to be able to make work, in the process of removing the part for the second time , the grease boot for the lower tie rod, got damaged and the grease spilled.

I tried calling the Yita company and a recording answered , the 4 times I called, and a message answered " WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW, PLEASE CALL BACK SOME TIME" WHAT EVER THAT MEANS.

Order an exhaust tip, was told it was shipped, given a tracking number FedEx never received the package, can't say if there products are good or bad, But there customer service is none when trying to get information on when and if it was even ship, lost 50.00 , but I deal with bank on that, all I say is STAY AWAY from this company

Well, the product I received was of great quality. It actually got here in good time. I was a bit disappointed when it did not ship for a few days, but after receiving I could not be more satisfied.

I love my floor mats for my car. The items were delivered in a timely matter.

These are a close fit, but are not a great fit. Mirror's stick out and do not fit in flush, leaving gaps between Mirror and the veilchile.

I ordered some exhaust tips that were too long. I emailed to try and return the exhaust tips which were never installed on my car.yitamotor wanted to refund me half of what I paid. I paid $25 and they wanted to refund me $10. I rather give these exhaust tips that don’t fit to someone I hate for free.

Bought a 3 pt hay spear and was impressed at how quickly it was delivered!! Everything needed was included and the hitchball is a huge plus! My husband's only complaint is that its red...now he feels the need to buy a new (Massey Ferg or International) tractor. Personally, I think paint would be cheaper. Lol
At any rate, very pleased with the product and the service from Yitamotor...will definitely use them again.

Terrible product and terrible customer service.
Not only is the product poorly made but the customer support it worse. They refuse to answer questions on email other than asking the same questions in different ways.

Delivery was great, and the product looks good, but there were no instructions provided. I was able to figure it out, but would have been easier with instructions. Also, the assembly required two size specific hexi bit sockets which I did not have in my back pocket. Had to make a trip to Home Depot and buy a socket set to complete the installation. Would have been easier if the bits were included.

Super happy with the Nerf Bars! Simple to order, great instructions and easy to install! I'll see what else YitaMotors has for the truck.
