I only wanted to find out a few details regarding plans of other suppliers, but I found your sales people prematurely taking steps towards me changing suppliers before I was prepared to decide on my next step. No, I would not recommend you to any of my friends, Keith Mills.

I found the experience quite heartening. The consultant was helpful, clear and concise. He was able to achieve discounts with our current supplier without any complications.

Service operator was not able to offer much of a change and once he knew that I was with AGL did not pursue the comparison between other companies, I thought this was the whole reason for his phone call. He also was very difficult to understand.

Got good comparative rates for electricity.

Look all I can say is so far you seem pretty fair with your quotations and when I have been with you a bit longer I will be able to score better

In my case I had bad experience with Simply Energy - poor quality service and deal all together not so good plus they didn't include my energy production from the solar system in my invoice. Things like that are important to a customer, a specially for low income people.
Being very dissatisfied with current supplier I had no other option, but to look for another one with better deal and service.
" You compare," helped me out in finding right company in my area offering much better options. They saved my time and also gave me good advice what was very welcome since I don't have much experience in such a business dealings.

Language barriers with telephonist somewhat frustrating and time consuming.

With the information youcompare gave me, I realised my electricity rates were quite higher than the competitor, making my bills add up, and was no longer even receiving a good discount. Now I have switched, hopefully no more nasty shocks in the mail. Thanks youcompare. 😀

Did a good job

Wi feel their discounts are are great with what we were paying for our our gas account and you can get more off other bills if you are prepared to ask

It remains to be seen whether my new "choice" is going to save the money even if I do pay on time. I remain open minded and that is it.
