I’ve dealt with Sharon macfeggan for the last 4 years of my tenancy and I can’t thank Sharon enough for all the help and advice during this time
Nothing was too much trouble Sharon sorted a problem today for me even though my tenancy has came to an end all I can say is she is an absolute credit to the company and I would recommend the Chester Le street branch to anybody looking to buy or rent all I can say is I’ve had an expectional service from them from start to finish

I had a very positive experience with Your Move in Dumfries when selling and purchasing my property. Kerra was my main point of contact throughout and was professional, supportive and kept me fully updated at every stage. The wider team were also helpful in the background, and everything was handled efficiently. Kerra is a real credit to the team, and I would happily recommend their services.

I am not sure what they have done and how they have made such a mess of things but I have not received rent for the last 3 months statements. They are holding reserve funds for payments they should not make and as far as I can guess they have paid a contractor for work that was not done.

I'd had such bad experiences, e.g. charged for 8 years for a service not provided; refurbishing estimates at twice the rate I got for myself because of back-handers. etc.
