Went to purchase my first proper car yesterday which was a BMW m340d, amazing price for mileage and condition.

Customer service was really really good, staff were friendly and open to any questions I had.

Would definitely recommend to check them out without any doubt!

when I purchased it I said I don't want one full of stone chips it's my pet hate, I did give a great review before that was until I washed the car and it revealed hundreds of stone chips. On the bonnet, bumper and wings truly unbelievable and I was gutted. I messaged them with a quote I'd had to get the car panels resprayed, but basically no chance sold as seen. I've had several body shops look at the vehicle and yes something was used to cover the chips most probably a good wax Polish used in the buisness. Who knows what it was.. Then the vanos unit went wrong which the first garage said possibly engine out to repair again not covered by Your Best Car.. booked into a BMW specialist now to get repaired.. Definitely would not recommend your best car sales to anyone I know, such a great shame as they all seemed okay. But they won't help you after a sale unless you take out extended warranty lol. And as for the paint work basically told what do you expect with those miles on a car. Well none of my other cars looked like this does not even the one with 238000 miles on it.. just make sure you give your car a good wash in the first seven days so anything wrong you can throw it back at them. Be careful keep your eyes peeled..

I purchased a BMW 520d in December 2024 from YBC. The whole process was seamless and incredibly simplistic. My easiest car purchase to date. I never saw the car in person but the videos and descriptions were enough and very accurate. The car was delivered, my trade in was picked up the process was painless. We purchased our Land Rover Defender 110 from ‘Your Best Car’ in Maidstone, Kent. After 1 week of ownership we came to realise there was a very nasty smell coming from the car. We contacted ‘Your Best Car’ and informed them. They said they had not noticed a smell, even though one of the chaps had been driving the car for a week or so before our sale. They did offer for us to bring the car back to them for a clean but we are over 100 miles away and that’s not feasible with work commitments. We then proceeded with full valets, fumigation, air conditioning bombs, still no joy as to getting rid of the awful smell. We kept ‘Your Best Car’ in the loop of our troubles and there was no further help from them / they would say we’ll get someone to call you back - to no avail. In the end we had to get a professional valeting company to remove the rear seats and boot flooring, which we found a spillage of something around the electronic pump aswell as cigarette ends and shot gun shells. This car had been severely mistreated. We contacted ‘Your Best Car’ again and they informed us the car was previously owned by a Farmer. Looking back they told us the valeters had cleaned the car 1 day prior to our collection, however, when we arrived to collect the car the valeters were in fact cleaning the car again. After numerous back and forths to be told someone will get back to us (we are still waiting!) we are now £1000.00 out of pocket trying to get rid of this horrendous smell. Not only that the service light has now come on within the last month. We contacted ‘Your Best Car’ again and they confirmed it had been fully serviced with Land Rover and they must have forgotten to reset the service warning indicator. They advised us to take it to our local Land Rover for reset. After taking it to Land Rover we discovered the car is due a major service as ‘Your Best Car’ only carried out an oil and filter change. Land Rover have informed me if I do not proceed with a major service now it will reduce the residual value of my car and the service cost is £1200. Therefore I am now £2200 out of pocket. ‘Your Best Car’ assured me on purchase that I wouldn’t have to spend any money on this car for the next year or two.
I thought I was purchasing my dream car.
The pre- sale experience I received was good, however, the post - sale experience has been dissatisfactory.

I like to keep to the local area with all my purchases, from white goods to cars to butchers. I found YBC whilst browsing for a new car.

An all round great experience, with minimal effort.

Will definitely look to upgrade with YBC when the time comes.

From initial enquiry staff were helpful and friendly, and were keen to help me set up a viewing at short notice. The car was presented in gleaming condition and was well-equipped with options. A sale was quickly arranged and within a week I was able to pick up. I am very impressed with the efficiency and ease of buying a car with this company and would recommend others to try them out!
