Whoever though of this shapewear design is a genius! Comfortable and hides/tones those wings!! I contacted the costumer service regarding to expedite shipping options, not only there were helpful as well they expected my shipment for free. Great service, great products. Highly recommended!

I wanted this product for compression post surgery. Not only is the size chart way off from the actual size (way too big), you can't return it. This company does not have a valid return address and the return form on the website doesn't work properly. Once I did find a return address, the Post Office found that the address was not valid. Being that I'm not completely stupid and I do know how to navigate how to return an item, I find that this company is shady to say the least. I've emailed, called multiple times and now I'm out $. No good Use Leonisa or Isavela for better products and customer service.

This product is amazing the body shaper is awesome combined with the boy shorts it reduced 4 inches off my waist and my butt is nice and PLUMP ☺️ I am more confident now more than ever before.

I just got one of the Men's Shirt Short Sleeve Shaper and I am floored. It started compressing the moment I put it on. I had purchased something similar a while back, but this one towers in comparison. What is company has is amazing! Don't miss out!!!

I have ordered from them in the past and the customer service has been awful. When I finally did receive the product it was definitely worth the wait. It's a quality product that works better then most of the other stuff I have gotten. I liked it so much that a week back I figured I might as well give them another go. I ordered a different item and a different size. When I got it, it didn't fit. It was HUGE. I called them and they assured me that if I just sent it back they'd process the exchange along with many others and ship it back out to me as soon as possible. Personally I was just surprised they answered the phone. Exactly one week after I sent it into them I got the exchange and it fit perfectly. This company has completely turned themselves around. I would definitely order from them again in the near future!

I ordered a waist cincher. I chose small based on the measurement chart. I chose 2 day shipping, and I did get it promptly. It was too big. I requested an exchange for an extra small, and they agreed. Paid additional postage to mail it back. Mind you, this is literally the next day after receiving. I sent it back via UPS, received delivery confirmation and signature confirmation. After two weeks had passed, I still hadn't received the new one. I called them, no answer, so I left a message. The next day I called again, still no answer. I sent them 3 emails over the next week. After 5 weeks AFTER they received my return I get 3 emails, all with different stories. I respond with confusement, and the "owner" emails me back saying paypal issued a chargeback and the item was lost by the post office. I told her I shipped via ups with signature confirmation and that I didn't pay via paypal, she responds in all caps calling me a liar. I told her she must have my order confused and I received 4 more nasty emails. I lost all that money and I have no item. I don't know how they are still in business.

I purchased a body contour slip, received the garment, but it was way too big. I ordered a small, and I'm really more or a medium to large, but I wanted it to be snug. It was too big to even smooth anything out. I asked for the return code, did not receive it, kept emailing until they finally sent it. I returned the garment in original packaging with insurance for shipping. That was three months ago. I cannot get a response from them through email or phone call. The fax number has been disconnected. This company has stollen my money and kept the garment to resell.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 3 of the Velcro Arm Shapers. Due to a fault of my own, I had to return it twice because I needed to go a size up and wanted to have different colors. Marta (the person who emailed about my returns) was kind, let me exchange my items both times with free shipping, and even sent me tracking information for my items. It was a very positive experience and I love my arm shapers! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

I use the arm shapers with a tank top, giving a "cold shoulder" look, while hiding an area that I prefer to not be seen. This is an excellent product! They run a little small, but customer service promptly exchanged the first one that I bought and I bought 5 more of them in different colors.

when I ordered the arm shaper I ordered the wrong size.I sent it back and item was prompltly replaced.over all a good shopping experience.

It took longer than expected for the order to be processed for shipment. I was disappointed when I received the item because it is a bit too snug.

Because the item I ordered was a little big, I had to return it and order a smaller size. Through no fault of Your Contour, the Post Office decided that their return address wasn't complete enough to deliver, so I received the package back in my mailbox. Customer service was always prompt and courteous, twice by email and once by phone, and although I had to pay again to ship the first item back (to the same address, mind you, with no problems at all....go figure), I would order from Your Contour again in the future.

I needed my order and realized that I would already be in route to an out of state wedding. I had already placed order, but the shipping address was easily upgraded and changed to a friend's home where I was going. All worked out as promised and the package was delivered exactly as promised. Thanks!

I ordered the arm supports according to the measurements on the website. I received them and was impressed with the quality of the garment. Unfortuanately they were too big. I ordered a 3x. I probably should have ordered a 1x. I returned them. They were returned to me for not enough postage. I immediately emailed the company and told them what happened. They were nice enough and told me they would expect them and reissue the garment in the corrected size. I have never heard from the company again. I have emailed them twice. Needless to say I was/am very disappointed because I looked forward to ordering some other reasonably priced items. Now I am afraid that they may not be a legitimate company.

So I purchased a short sleeve support garment and chose it based on the sizes given. It is so small that my friend, who is way smaller than the dimensions given, cannot even get it on! It was a complete waste of money and I would have returned it if I had not thrown all of the packaging away!
