First of all I would like to thank my union representative Martin Cheetham for his efforts and support through my process.

Secondly I would like to thank Yourmate for accepting my case as most unions do not take any ongoing cases.

Martin was very patient and professional, he listened when I needed to offload and followed up with advice and plans of action.

I was represented by Dave in what was a challenging situation. From the start, Dave provided advice that was extremely important on things that I was not aware of and helped me prepare my case. I felt secure by his knowledge of employment rights and laws. On the day, Dave had my back and argued strongly in my defense. I managed to find justice as a result. I was impressed by the reviews, so I decided to sign up. But I soon realised those comments can’t be trusted. The person who called me from Dorchester ( ending with 542) was incredibly rude — he kept talking down to me and insisted I had no case. I actually do have a potential strong case after consulting with a solicitor.
After looking into this union, I discovered it’s basically just a private company, possibly run by only two people! Please don’t waste your money. even if it looks like a good deal. They make it sound like you’ll get immediate support when you join, but in reality, you’ll probably just be dismissed and discouraged instead.

I’m very grateful for all the support I received throughout my case. The team was really helpful, and Ben was especially supportive in representing me during the whole hearing. I truly appreciate everything that was done to help me and for the fair outcome
