Absolutely awful. Negative stars if I could. I ordered A YEAR AGO still have not received it. This has to be a scam at this point ive emailed DMd everything. After reading other peoples reviews seems like they just have so many complaints cannot get to mine. TO TOP IT OFF THEY SENT ME A FAKE USPS CODE. ARE YOU KIDDING?!?

I’m updating my review now that I’ve received my order.

My original experience wasn’t good. The order was significantly delayed, communication was inconsistent, and I eventually had to recover my money through my bank after months of waiting.

To their credit, the company later contacted me, apologised, and offered to honour my order. They shipped the jacket before asking me to pay again, which I appreciated and felt was a fair way to rebuild trust.

The jacket has now arrived. Overall, it looks great and I’ll definitely wear it. From a distance it has a really nice look and I’m sure it’ll attract compliments. However, on closer inspection the quality isn’t quite at the level I was expecting. The finishing could be better, so while I’m happy enough to keep it, it doesn’t completely justify the long wait.

I’m pleased the company ultimately followed through and made an effort to resolve the situation, but I hope the improvements they’ve said they’ve made to communication and order fulfilment mean future customers have a smoother experience than I did.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company is an ABSOLUTE scam. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering with them.

I ordered a jacket and waited for some sort of confirmation that my jacket has started production. I did chase this and they got back to me advising that its a custom made jacket and can take up to 6 weeks- this was fine and i had no issue with the timeframe.

I sent multiple emails and insta DMs to find out what's happening with my order as 6 weeks were up and I had heard NOTHING. I was ghosted.

I then got a insta DM back saying they're sorry and that they will send ASAP. They generated a label with FedEx and I religiously checked the tracking, and surprise surprise guess who didn't send out the order- YOR. As someone with 10 years plus experience working within logistics I contacted my contacts at FedEx who confirmed they had not received the order ( also when a label is generated its not charged to the account holder, only once FedEx scan the parcel is when charges are applicable)

When questioned again and again they simply said you can cancel the order- meaning they clearly hadn't even made my order. I cancelled my order and was promised a refund within 10 working days.

BUT GUESS WHOS NOT EVEN ISSUED A REFUND?! YOR.

Zorawar the owner of this company should be ashamed of himself. He has the chance to make this amazing business that highlights the culture of Punjab; but he would rather just be labelled as a scammer.

Zero customer service and zero compassion for people who genuinely wanted to support a small business and Punjabi business.

I would advise people to get a tailor and get your designs made yourself. Its also cheaper to do that.

the constant gaslighting is ridiculous. they acknowledge they have fixed their communication issue they have not. I am still owed a refund from a product i ordered a half a year ago. the most annoying thing is the performative bullshit they do to try to look like an ethical company...when the truth is they hold your money hostage and do not deliver the product.

I wish i had read this reviews before placing an order from them. I placed an order months ago havent received it yet. I tried reaching out via gmail id on their website and through dms. I resorted to commenting on the ig -on a new post they made and they replied to me in a dm in a very sassy manner. Saying i am tryna spread false accusations about their company. All i had asked was if it is still an active business since i didnt hear frm them. Their service is terrible, their communication is terrible, its been almost 4 months havent received the product. - the idea for their apparel sounded great and i love supporting brown businesses but this one is not worth it.

This company deserves 0 stars. I'm also facing the same issue as other buyers. Ordered my hoodie in April, it's been 6 weeks & nothing. I reached out and followed up, they said it would be shipped out on the 4 week mark as it was a pre-order.

I don't even know who is responding to the emails because they don't bother to sign off with their name.

Such a disgrace to the Punjabi community & all they're doing is scamming people. Don't pay attention to their social media ads or the fact that an NBA star, Stephen Jackson, wears their jacket. It's all BS.

I have started a charge dispute with my bank & I hope it's successful. I don't want this product anymore. I wish I read the reviews before ordering.

UPDATE Jun 28, 2026:
I reached out to the company like they asked me to below in their response. They hold themselves accountable & admit to gaps.

They said even though the bank has refunded my order, they would still like to ship out the product.

My bank has NOT yet issued the refund, so technically, I am still owed the product that I paid for.
I have NOT heard back from YOR about this "nice gesture" after confirming my shipping address. They have AGAIN gone cold & silent.

This is a pathetic company & don't fall for their apologies & accountability. It's all BS to ensure they're keeping up good appearances. I don't understand why this is so difficult & if by some miracle, I receive this product, I will be tossing it out because I can't support this brand after everything they've done.

They have been around since 2017 & have NOT learned from their mistakes. They ARE a scam & are laughing to the bank with people's money.

Honestly one of the few brands where the product looked even better in person. The fit, quality, and details all felt premium, and you can tell actual effort went into the pieces just from the stitching and overall construction.

My order was a pre-order so it took around 4 weeks to arrive, but that was
stated beforehand and I received weekly email updates throughout the process which I appreciated.

Definitely excited to see what they drop next.

I placed an order in January. Have sent repeated emails asking about order. No item received and no communication/response to email. Very disappointing.

Is there an option for negative stars?

Truly the worst customer service. I ordered an item on December 17 - supposedly everything is “made to order” and requires 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks came and went, no updates.

Then, on inquiry only, an email saying “the product is in final stages of quality check.” Then nothing for 2w. On the next status check, there was an icky, car salesman-y email saying “they caught a quality issue and need two more weeks “at the most.” Two weeks came and went. On the next nudge - a hilarious email that said “next week or the week after, at the latest.”

(Should have known at this point it was a clown show.) asked for a refund - crickets. Threatened a chargeback and gloriously scathing review - no answer.

Here we are, three whole months later. Chargeback with my bank to solve the whole issue.

A friend who happened to have received their item (much to their own shock spice YOR’s reputation is widely known to be scum) showed me the quality - it’s garbage.

Seriously, someone should revoke their domain - and use the script above.

Scam would be a compliment - this is nothing more than a shoddy failed business.

Edit: After reading YOR's reply, I took the opportunity and emailed them. Hoping they would "make it right", as they suggested in their review reply. 6 days later: radio silence (I admire the consistency, at least!)

I would give it a zero if I could waste of money use of cheap material very cheap material, item arrived two months late and my item arrived totally damaged. It even looked worn and used and they refuse to give refund and not ignoring my emails and messages, leaving me on seen.

They don't give no updates on the order/ shipping status and don't even send packages. Ive heard multiple people waiting months to a year and never received their order or an update. I was waiting for my order but ended up refunding though my bank because i should’ve already got it by now. We emailed them so many times no reply. Yet they have time to do 50% off on hoodies and post on tiktok but cant give people their orders. They are a fraud and only give their clothing to content creators or promoters. Smh I cant imagine how many people they have scammed, I wish more people talked about this fraud ahh business.

Ordered over a month ago and still haven’t recieved my package terrible customer service, I requested for a refund however they are very bad at responding and have t received anything DONT BUY VERY FRAUDULENT COMPANY I’ll update if anything

Ordered a jacket that was incorrectly made and on top of that it took over 3 months to arrive.

The "CEO" did not respond to my email to fix the issues nor the subsequent email for a refund.

Shame on you, Zorawar.

Absolutely terrible experience. It’s been over two months and it has yet to ship or provide consistent updates on the order. Requested a refund which still hasn’t been granted. Do not waste your time.

Never delivered product and ceased communications. Ordered item, confirmation received right away. 4 weeks later says item has shipped. 4 weeks after that item has still not arrived and I ask for a refund. They claim the item is coming and "going through customs" despite being a Canadian retailer selling to a Canadian address. 6 weeks after that still no item received I once again asked for a refund and this time they decided not to respond at all. Terrible company order at your own risk.
