Hatte nach meiner Bestellung Sorge, dass irgendetwas schief gehen könnte weil es hier sehr viele negative Bewertungen gibt. Aber es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Paket kam gut bei mir an, Bestellung war toll verpackt und es waren auch alle Goodies dabei wie angegeben. Bin sehr happy. Danke YSL Beauty.

They sold counterfeit perfume to me. The perfume doesn't even last more than a minute on you. I have tried it on my friends too and they have same opinion. I am looking to return item. They also mentioned that they sent me a free 2ml sampler to me and I never received it. I contacted their customer care as soon as I received their package and they said I don't see anything related to it in their order details. But now when I search with my order number I see it in my orders list and they are even asking me to review it.LOL. the perfume name is libre le parfum. It is better to get something from shops nearby as opposed to online since they sell counterfeit products. Full disclaimer - purchased this on Thanksgiving .

Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre zéro étoile. C’est un scandale, commande à près de 300 euros qu’ils n’ont jamais expédiée, ils ont accusé La Poste qui n’a jamais reçu le colis, 3 appels au service client, 2 mails et plus de 15 jours pour être remboursée. Quelle honte qu’une telle maison adopte cette politique, fuyez

DO NOT order from this site. It is a scam!!!! Placed an order and after reading reviews, determined it was a scam. Tried to cancel my order immediately and was informed that order processed, HAS NOT SHIPPED and in order for me to get a refund, I would need to refuse delivery (which by the way takes 7-10 business days) then my refund would be issued within an additional 7-10 days. There is only ground shipping offered, NO ONE speaks English, they could not provide where the perfume was shipping from. THIS IS A SCAM SITE. DO NOT BUY from it.

très déçu de se site je passe commande une offre très intéressante, je reçois un mail me disant commande expédié , quelques minutes plus tard un autre mail qui me dis commande annulé , j’appelle le service client qui ne sait pas pourquoi ma commande a était annulé et me de repasser la commande sauf que l’offre n’est plus disponible et ne prend même pas la peine de proposer un geste commercial vraiment tres déçu surtout venant d’une marque aussi réputé et que j’avais l’habitude de choisir je ne commanderai plus jamais

Ordered what was an expensive aftershave for my son. I added another item just because the offer was if you spent £130 you’d get a free discovery set which included 6 mini samples from the more expensive range. I only made this order to get the minis so my son could choose which one he wanted for Christmas. The delivery arrived without the minis so i called ysl beauty only to be told they removed it from my order because I used a discount code. The discount code was sent to me by ysl to use as a new customer on my first order. Sadly do to this poor customer service I decided to return for a refund.

She has just wonderful nature about her and fantastic customer service, such a friendly girl and can’t do enough to help us.

Mir ist aufgefallen, dass bei meiner Bestellung schon wieder eines der gratis Geschenke gefehlt hat. Ich finde das traurig. Es wird mit den Geschenken geworben, das ist der Grund, warum ich nicht bei Douglas bestelle, sondern bei YSL Beauty und die Geschenke sind dann gar nicht vollständig. Dieses mal fehlt der „APPLICATEUR - LE CUSHION ENCRE DE PEAU" und letztesmal „Shot, 7ml". Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.
Außerdem war mal bei einer Bestellung eines der Gratisprodukte ausgelaufen und der Karton war komplett nass, die von YSL haben sich „entschuldigt“ und meinten, dass die mir das Produkt nicht neu Senden werden.

Awful experience ordering on yslbeauty.com.au. I purchased a libre intense perfume on 24 April with a gift with purchase. After waiting 2 weeks for my order to be sent I asked if they had my order only to be told to wait. After waiting another week I was told my order didn’t go into their system and if I wanted to cancel it. I said I still wanted it. After waiting another week I was told the gift with purchase was out of stock, then the next day I was told the perfume was out of stock snd my order would be cancelled.

BUYER BEWARE do not buy on this website. They are owned by L’Oréal and they are not equipped to deal with luxury buyers. Buy at myer or David jones instead and you won’t have any issues.

Mi chiedo come un Brand come YSL possa mettere in commercio un prodotto con medesimo codice, nome e dati identificativi che sostanzialmente si differenzia ( non e’ più il medesimo colore rosa chiaro ma e’ rossastro€. Ho trl al N verde 800922259 e non ti chiedono neppure chi sei ne un n di tel o una mail: dubito anche che facciamo la segnalazione

Servizio inqualificabile da un'azienda e un brand del genere! Mai avuta una così pessima esperienza. Servizio clienti inutile ed insistente. Ordine mai arrivato. Link non funzionante che non fornisce alcuna informazione di tracciamento. Sconsiglio a tutti di acquistare e mi pento di non aver letto prima le recenzioni.

Dopo aver fatto l' ordine ho letto le recensioni e avevo un po' di timore.Invece io non posso che essere soddisfatta,pacco arrivato nei tempi,tanti campioncini e mini size in omaggio!Acquisterò ancora.Super soddisfatta.

Produit retourner car ce n’est pas ce que j’avais commandé. L’emballage du colis est vraiment fait à l’arrache pour une marque aussi prestigieuse. Même Zara emballage mieux les colis qu’eux. Mon remboursement n’est toujours pas fait depuis plusieurs semaines. Services clients absents. Cela fait plusieurs jours que j’appelle sans réponse. C’est une vraie honte pour une marque de luxe. Je ne commanderais plus jamais sur leurs site.

Produit jamais reçu. Remboursement de ce même produit sans en être avisé.
Et toujours aucunes nouvelles de leur service.

My husband ordered for Christmas the YSL Mon Paris gift set. He received a YSL pencil case. When he called they said well it’s out of stock and to just keep the little case. Wait what so where was the perfume set that wasn’t out of stock when he initially ordered it or the offer of replacing it with something similar?!
I’m absolutely astounded that they did not even send an email notification indicating the out of stock purchase but would just ship a pencil case that was worthless as the perfume set and assume that the purchaser would be ok with it!
In addition, he wasn’t offered another solution like a different set or get the perfume and travel spray separately. Loved this designer brand but now I’m just not as big as a fan due to their lack of consumer support.

Retoure (kostenlos) hat problemlos geklappt. Kundendienst ist super nett und schnell…

Horrible customer service. My order didn’t arrive. 3 calls with they’re cust service later and they failed to follow through with the claim to UPS then they failed to give me a refund when they said they were going to and now they want to go back to the Claim and see if UPS can give confirmation. At the end of the day, I did not get my product and I have spent over two hours working with their customer service. I’m never going to buy with them again.

Commande passé suite à un code promo avec le site Veepee ( -30%, trousse offerte ainsi que 6 mini produits).

Sur la facture n’est pas mentionné la trousse, j’envoie un mail.. sans réponse.

Je reçois le colis, pas de trousse, bon à la limite… J’ai commandé le parfum libre mentionné en rechargeable sur leurs site.. Je reçois bien le parfum, mais après de multiples vérifications je m’aperçois que ce n’est pas un rechargeable ( il est sertie).

J’appelle le SAV, la dame perdu me dis que c’est pas notifié sur les boites si rechargeable ou non, je me rend donc sur le site avec la dame au téléphone et il s’avère que c’est bien noté sur la boîte si rechargeable ou non, envoie photos, vidéos, au SAV, car le mien est sertie… La réponse ? Qu’il est rechargeable! C’est une honte pour cette enseigne! Donc je serais obligé d’en racheter un car pas fichu de m’envoyer un rechargeable! Cela s’appelle du vol! Quel enseigne!

On m’a bien confirmé que le parfum était un non rechargeable, donc c’est selon la personne sur qui vous tomber.

J’ai mis 3 étoiles au lieu de 1, mais je ne mettrais pas 5, car on a remis ma parole en doute à plusieurs reprise, alors que j’ai fournis les photos du produit.
