I ordered my Zala hair extensions for my sister's wedding and they are really amazing. They really compliment my hair!

The zala extensions are premium quality. I wish my real hair looked like them. The strands of hair are so thick. The shipping was really fast coming in 5 days even during the floods. I feel so beautiful with it.

I ordered from Zala and the extensions came really quick, even to the middle of no where in NZ, I ordered a ponytail and it’s really great quality hair, very blunt at the end so I’ll probably get my hair dresser to cut it to give it a little more of a natural look but very happy :)

Zala is by far the worst hair I have ever purchased. I purchased the weft sew in. It looked beautiful, straight, thick, super silky and healthy. After 2 weeks it was clumping, tangling constantly, terrible breakage and shedding everywhere.

I have purchased from several companies and take REALLY good care of my extensions. These were clearly silicone coated and as soon as that washed out, the damaged, poor quality of the hair was evident.

Tried to talk to customer service for 3 days. They offered me a $20 coupon. No thank you. I've had it in 5 weeks, and am getting it removed next week. NEVER buy weft from this company.

The website is very easy to navigate. When selecting the colour I didn’t have to use the free colour match. The products are amazing, absolutely love them and will definitely be recommending to everyone around me :)

This hair is garbage! do not waste your time and money, i have bought hair 3 different times from them and the hair lasts less than a month!!!!

It's not real human hair extensions It's cheap quality $400 d cost me to pay for nothing better to give this money to homles people then I was gonna more happy than give zala my money it's all you zala stolen people's money it's not only me.have bad experience with zala people do not order from this company zala

The website was easy to use. Choosing the correct hair colour was simple by using the helpful videos which meant I didn't even need to utilise the free colour match.
My extension was posted the same day as it was purchased and came within 3 days. The quality and colour of the hair extension is very good. I am looking forward to using this on my wedding day.

I still can’t get over how perfect the hair colour match system works. They got back to me within 10 minutes, and I just receive my 16Inch halo clips in, and the colour match is PERFECT. I have blonde hair that has some colour inconsistencies (lighter some parts, warmer tones here and there) and the colour match is literally insanely perfect. The hair also feels extremely soft! I also got a free brush which is a bonus as I’ve been needing a new one. Highly recommend!

The store is very simple to navigate, theres so many options which is great. In my experience the zala customer support team have always been very friendly and fast with helping you with questions or issues with any order. Zala always has points prizes and incentives which is super fun. The clip in hair i buy from Zala lasts me about a year before i begin to see about 1’’ lengths loss which is actually really really good as with other companies i usually see shedding after the first two months of heavy wear. I am blonde who dyes and styles with lots of heat and sprays so i do subject my extensions to alot more wear than most, but i even have a set from three years ago that have 0 loss. I would recommend the hair halo to people who are unfamilar with clipins as its super easy and conceals well.

I got the 12 inch human hair ponytail. It's my third ponytail purchase and I just love them. Makes my short thin hair look so much more put together when going out or to an event. The hair is lovely and soft and easy to style and maintain and last a long time.

I recently purchased a halo from zala. The shipping was really quick I was shocked. The hair quality feels nice and thick. When applying it took a couple of goes to get the hang of it. Only negative so far would be the weight of the halo but I’m sure it’s something I’ll get use too.

I ordered the seamless volumiser extensions 100% remy hair, and I have to say they are fabulous! The hair is very high quality, thick to the ends and thanks to the seamless feature very light weight when put in the hair. I have always been very happy with Zala products and this is no exception - will continue to purchase and highly recommend :)

wish someone had recommended them to me sooner. I have wasted so much money on poor quality extensions in the past but these are such high-quality hair shipped super fast as well and have never had an issue with my multiple purchases. Love them.

I have ordered multiple times from Zala and I am always happy with the product and customer service I have received. I go with the 5-piece 20” clip on extensions - if you take good care of them they last So long!!! I had to have washed my last set 10 times and worn them about 100 times before it was time for a new set. Maybe more. Totally recommend!

I bought a 22inch human hair pony tail, the hair quality is fantastic and match my hair perfectly. I recommend their color match to ensure you get the correct extensions for your hair colour. The delivery is super fast, even for the standard delivery.

I'm super new to clip ins. I have one other set by a different company, however, I can't clip those in myself, I always need help hiding the clips. Zala clip ins are super easy to clip in by myself, without it showing! So I prefer these, over the other clip ins I own. My hair is pretty fine, and my main objective is just trying to make it appear a little thicker. Zala hair clip ins definitely did that! Will be buying more hair clip ins from Zala again! I was expecting the clip ins i bought to be bit thicker, but that could be my fault for not really know the weight of hair and how that works, but the quality feel nice, and the color match was spot on.
