I am so happy with my ponytail extension! The colour match is perfect, the quality is amazing and not to mention the fast postage and cute packaging!

I’ve shopped at Zala before in the past when I had bleached my hair and needed some length to match the new colour. Returning back with my natural hair colour now, I wanted a simple ponytail extension for the days I wanted to feel a bit girly and luxe. Zala did not disappoint - the quality is phenomenal and I was asked by my co-workers if I had always had this length of hair and somehow managed to style my hair shorter previously! I will always stand by Zala, they’re always there for my hair extension needs - absolutely amazing quality!

I just purchased the 12" tape in Hair Extensions, that were delivered Monday, and I only placed the order Friday.

I put my Zala Tape Extensions in on Monday, and washed and blowed dried them today (Thursday), and I have to say they are amazing! and being able to buy a shorter length was great!

Excellent quality products and affordable pricing! I have Invisitape tape in extensions and when I don't have them in, I alternate between my Zala Ponytail or my Zala Clip Ins or my Zala Halo. No other company does what Zala does!

Purchased a 16" halo (my natural hair is about 14.5") in Beachy blonde #613. I was actually going to get a different colour (champagne) but ended up asking for a colour match and I'm glad I did.

Because I then coloured them, I can say with certaintly that the Halo is almost 2x as thick as my actual hair, which is admittedly quite thin. I used nearly 2x as much dye. Thankfully I have JUST enough hair to hide the back of the halo but it was a close call!

I used manic panic Coralline Dream and Dreamsicle to dye the hair to match mine. Same as in my real hair, it ended up having about 10-20% of strands stay blonde so I'm not sure if it's these Manic Panic colours not picking up all the blonde, or the fact that my hair and the extension are super bleached so some of the strands just didn't absorb it the first time round. It colour matched perfect and ended up looking as realistic as my hair.

I'm super happy with the end result. I also found it annoying to tie up my hair and then sit the Halo on, so I literally dumped it over my head and then brushed my hair out from under it, which helped with placement and ease of putting it on.

I've also just purchased the pony and the volumiser and can't wait to dye and try them out!

Love Zala hair extensions, I am a hairdresser and wouldn’t go to any other company. The quality of hair is exceptional, I can colour, cut and do any style I want to them. They give my hair just the right amount of fullness and length I need.

My hair is very thin and seriously damaged. With a big event coming up, I wasn't sure what to do when my hairdresser suggested ZALA halo - good quality, reasonable price, no further damage. The website was easier to navigate on the computer than phone. Lots of colours to choose from and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it matches my hair. It looks and feels like real hair, is all but undetectable once in and has dramatically boosted my confidence. Easy to put on once I worked out the correct headband size. Returning customer, purchasing another set of the best hair extensions. I have recently coloured my hair to another colour and needed to get a new set to match as well as a longer length. Although the extensions was a little frizzy out of the box with a few brushes it was feeling silky smooth again.

After I cut my hair off in a terrible DIY moment, I need some hair back! I had heard great things about Zala from friends so jumped onto the website, and ordered a clip in ponytail (human hair). Customer service helped me choose the right colour within 30mins which was awesome. It arrived in 2 days and looks amazing. Very happy and has definitely made me want to order more looks!

I’ve never had any issue with receiving my zala products. The service and delivery is seamless and most importantly, the quality of hair extensions has been flawless and true to description. Would buy again. Oh wait, I already have! 10/10
