Amazing quality hair and packaging ,100% satisfied.

Reasonably happy with my purchase.
I ordered the one piece clip in volumizer in the beach blonde shade. My hair is a lot lighter than this, and I have previously ordered the champagne blonde colour and toned them, but this makes them a bit darker.
So this time I went with bleach blonde and toned them so they would be lighter and not yellow. The colour has worked out well.
I generally only wear clips ins when I’m going out to make my hair thicker, so haven’t had any issues with longevity of the product in the past.
The only thing I noticed this time, was that the right side of the hair piece was quite a bit thinner than the left side. Once it’s in my hair though, you can’t really tell, so not a massive deal.
I like the one piece clip in as it’s quick and easy to use and gives me more volume.
I do also have a full set of clip ins (different brand) but generally can’t be bothered putting in so many separate pieces. I find the one piece works well and looks more natural too than a full set.

Awful, awful extensions. Cheap and dry, three months in and half the hair has broken and fallen out. My floors are covered in hair.

I emailed to complain shortly after having them fitted as they were so dry and frizzy (they’ve only got worse), I was emailed back with a range of their own products I could buy to help and no acknowledgment of my complaint. I have to use a huge amount of product just to be able to brush through the
hair. Avoid and do your research.

The colour of my new volumiser is a perfect match and blends so well that others don’t even know it’s not my real hair!
Arrived within 4 days of placing the order - just in time for the weekend. This is the fifth product I have purchased from Zala and no complaints on any of them.

Over the past few years my hair has been thinning due to PCOS. Even though my hair is quite long, it just didn’t look right because it was so thin. I really LOVE Zala hair extensions. I have tried so many. Donna Bella,Glam, Bellami and cheap ones off Amazon. Zala has good quality extension and they are thick from top to bottom. They are wonderful! And for the money you get good quality and beautiful extension that will last you a long time. I still have my dark zala extension that I bought yrs ago when my hair was dark they are still in perfect shape. Now I am blonde I bought more I love this hair company.

I NEVER write reviews. But after the terrible hair that I have purchased from this company who also give terrible customer service.. i have to leave one.
I purchased these extensions - weave in weft - after the 2nd wash they were in a terrible state. Thin, broken, look frazzled on the ends and sheds everywhere. When it’s freshly washed it clumps together in a matted knot. After sending pictures of the state of the extensions and they hadn’t even been refitted. I was asked 16 questions to then be told that the hair is blonde so breaks easier and this is expected and offered a £20 voucher, like I will be purchasing again!! I expect blonde to break easier than dark but not after the 2nd wash and spending £200 on the hair and £30 to ship. Absolute con artists and reading the most recent reviews I can see this is very common.

I purchased extensions after hearing some positive reviews from my hair stylist and a couple of friends. The customer service team was really helpful in trying to find the right colour to match my hair. Shipping was also very quick, with the extensions arriving in less than a week. I was really impressed by the quality of the extensions and the colour is the perfect match for my dark brown/almost black hair.

I’ve been wearing extensions for years and never had a problem. A couple of months ago I bought blonde tape ins. After my first hair wash of having them in the hair looked fried and cheap, which has never happened to me before. I reached out to customer service and the best they could do was a $10 credit which later turned into a $20 refund on a $200+ purchase. This month my hair is now black and I bought weave in extensions. After 3 weeks of wear the hair gets tangled so easily, it becomes matted and extremely knotty to the point where I’m embarrassed of how my hair looks. Again on a $300+ purchase they refunded me $40 after tons of emails going back and forth with them basically blaming me for the quality of their hair. They told me I must be doing something wrong for the hair to look and feel the way they do. I take very very good care of my hair and my extensions because it’s an investment and this hair is not worth it. I would never purchase from them again.

The free colour match offered helped so much, the extentions blend into my hair seamlessly. They came faster than expected, along in great condition.

I used the color match help Zala offers and sent several photos and they were very helpful! In the end they chose a color for me and I went with it. Since I have fine hair I ordered 40 pieces. I ended up buying single sided tape from Babe to apply them individually with the help of my stylist because I know sandwiching two is too heavy for my fine hair. I purchased the invisitapes in color sunkissedhighlights and it’s perfect. The darker tone is slightly brassy which actually makes it work because my hair turns warm when my toner fades. It’s literally a perfect match. It’s human hair so if I tone again I’ll likely tone them too. I love them! I wish I could add photos.
