I visited Zaxby on 618 highland Selma al 36701 I came Thur drive approximately 12/1pm This evenin I must say the young lady that was taking the money her so why I was waiting she is so nice her name is Lashawdo very sweet

I love Zaxby's fast service fresh hot food but I have requested time and time again I don't like they put my dipping sauce in the box touching my food. From the packing and shipping and then the handling and unpacking and placement in the restaurant idk where it's been how many hands has touched it and they place the dipping sauce right on my boneless wings! The sauce not only touches my food then it has sauce all over it and messy to even get it open if you decide to even eat after the dirty sauce was in your plate of food! Why

I ordered the zensation salad today.it was awful.taste awful the part of a eggroll they gave me was all grease.im so disappointed.I wasted my money on a salad I couldnt even eat.it was so bad tasting.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Gallatin, Tennessee’s Zaxby’s drive-through. My order has been correct, ready at the window, and very tasty. I probably average eating there three times a month.

Always cold! Everytime i go there my food is always cold and I have to wait 30-50 mins to even get an appetizer or my food!

Zaxby’s oftentimes mess up my order! I sometimes have to return to long-waiting lane lines, to complain, before leaving with what I actually ordered!
Not happy with that at all!

Well, I normally don't leave reviews on any place. This is the 3rd time in a short while that these people somehow screw up an easy order. "20 Boneless wings wimpy." I stated that loud and clearly and somehow they think that mean 15 boneless wings (not on the menu by the way) and put teriyaki sauce on it. How do you mix up teriyaki and hot sauce? Guys in the back this is for them. I worked as a high volume cook for 3 years and this is ridiculous. Put the blunt down that everyone by the drive thru speaker can smell you smoking and learn how to do your job.

1 Star for Customer Service. Zelda Rd, Montgomery AL. Drive Thru Staff..Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. They don’t listen when you order; rush you when you order; stand around looking in customer’s cars laughing and talking about them. If you’re talking to one employee at the window about an issue with your food, the girls on the floor will stop what they doing lean out or come out to see who that employee is talking to. If you ask about your order they just gave you, they rush you away from the window with a quick rude answer “ it’s in the bag” you get home and it’s not in the bag! Employees are Confrontational with customers after they’ve been rude first. They will Close the window while your talking if they don’t like what you’re saying.

It seems that every Zaxby's we go to is amazing. They're some of the nicest people in the fast food industry I've ever met.

As for my wife and I she likes sweet and I like spicy so we meet in the middle and get sweet and spicy wings! THE SAUCE IS FANTASTIC!
I normally like my sauces on the hot hot side but this sauce is boisting with flavor I mean delicious
Pair it with a nice cup of ranch bam! They must have got this recipe from the sauce boss personally! Good job zaxbys! Let the haters hate your doing it right with sauces like this!

Terrible service waited 25 minutes and still no food. The two customers behind me got thier food quickly no problem. I asked for my money back , but assistant manager refused and wouldn't even give my receit back to me. I will never go back. Zaxby's you are awful!

Zaxby's is a wonderful place to dine at,the quality of the food is superb and is complemented by great managers who provide customer service at a very high professional level not only to the public but to their staff members as well..cliff,Rick,cherry and angel go above and beyond to do so on a daily basis..thank you

Mansfield rd location...my daughter been working there two months all she did was clean up an prep an was sent home after she did the things that they staff didn't want to do my daughter was cleaning up the lady's bathroom an this guy a employee name D.Johnson walk in with his privates out telling my daughter to touch him she said no so he proceed towards her throw his self all over her making her do things she didn't want to she tried to stop him an he would not stop ended up haven sex with her against her will she's only 18 still in highschool her mental status isn't up to part kind of slow of thinking an learning he made her think they was a couple so he wouldn't get fired or in trouble or arrested this all started in December January comes he starts some stuff rumors about her made her feel so low so he can break up with her cause he new he didn't want her it all got out of hand an she ends up fired I don't think this is right do too lies an mangers taking up for him when he did something wrong from jump manipulated her mind I really would like him to be caught an in jail for this behavior really your whole crew need to be fired for leaving while on the clock at night ....her first day of working a lady name Jessica said to her I knew u was an slow an stupid when I first saw you it's not right how your employers treat there staff at all your not even safe at your own work place an mother that's very upset an concern an was a faithful customer til now I work at a hospital down the street do better with your staff an by the way that was forceful sex an a bad behavior from one of your own

1/15 /2020 visited Covington ga, bypass location again today,female manager was not concerned about cashier ringing my check overcharged me and took an act of Congress to get my order straight,,,and money back,,,there is a manager named David that is a superstar with a good team,,,,,,you need more like him at all your stores

I repeated order twice, got my receipt, order wrong. Was charged more for wrong order, they corrected order in restaurant, only .30 difference, do I didn’t bother asking for refund. Paid for extra dressing, was shorted. If u can’t speak or understand English, person should not be placed in taking orders. Had to go inside restaurant. Louisville KY 40229. Will not go back. This is 3rd order they processed incorrectly.

I like zaxby’s food. Have had the chicken fingers meal and the grilled chicken meal. Both good. Love the seasoning on fries. Like friendliness of servers. What I don’t like is the survey that is on the receipt. It doesn’t work right. Tried twice and page loading gets stuck so don’t bother doing the survey!

Zaxby's at Grandview in Madison, MS. I ordered 2 meals, one being their sensation zalad, with drinks. I had to wait for the egg rolls. The lady brought out my food and I left without looking, my bad. I live 30 minutes away and when I got home realized I only had one meal and it was prepared wrong and no egg rolls either. Horrible and they were not even that busy. I can see why they would not be busy during the lunch hour if they are doing all people this way. There is a serious problem there.
