Zeagoo offers trendy and affordable clothes. Some items arrived quickly and matched the pictures. However, one of my orders never showed up, and customer support didn’t respond. It’s a hit-or-miss experience - worth trying, but be cautious if you need to return or contact them.

I order a double breasted coat by Zeaboo on TEMU. The material was thin. It was supposed to have straps on the cuffs. I only got one strap. So I have to cut the belt loops off or find someone to make me a new strap. I was going to wear it for Christmas.

It did not take a great deal of work or research to establish that Zeagoo.com is most likely a scam. I suspect that the high scoring reviews left here may lack the legitimacy or integrity of honest reviews. Most of the negative comments refer to the goods being shipped from CHINA!

BUYERS BEWARE.

The quality of the fabric and sewing was so horrible on all the items I bought I needed to send them back. The “free shipping” is not free they charge you $6. I spent over $100 on their clothing and when I requested to return them here is the response I copied from the email they sent after requesting refund:
Dear customer,

Thanks for your letter.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that the product did not meet your expectation.

If you want to return it, actually, the shipping postage is very expensive and takes a long time.

How about I apply for a 30$ refund plus a discount code（20%OFF） so that you can place a new order for the product you like? Is this OK for you?

Who sends out customer service emails out like that? Scammers!!!

I've been looking for a linen maxi dress for a few years. A YouTuber I trust said she ordered from here and showed us the overalls. She was very happy and okayed the site. I tried to place an order with a gift card and it wasn't accepted. I should've looked at their Zeagoo Story, the address is there, bc I boycott Chinese fashion companies. They're not known for honesty or quality. It wasn't until I came here and found the company is from China. Thank you to all for giving a heads up. This was money I couldn't afford to "donate." I suspect a lot of these + reviews are fake but I know of one customer who was truly happy. I'm disappointed that yet another dishonest sweatshop out of China has hired a flashy PR company to lie for them.

The fabric is nice quality linen, the color is beautiful!!Got lots of compliments.

Dress is as pictured. I ordered a XL for my friend who wears large, thinking a large would be too small, but it was actually a little too big, so I'd say it's true to US sizing. I'm just going to tie a ribbon around her waist and it's still super cute. Would buy again

The dress was as expected, although it felt weird out of the box, after trying it on I think I love it.

I bought a casual top that is so comfy and cozy. The material is really nice and it was very reasonably priced. Can't wait to try other items from the website.

The material is light but opaque. Very comfortable and perfect for spring, autumn and winter. it was a surprise.

like the fit of this top. I followed the size guide and shirt fits well. Loose enough to allow movement and the sleeves are very cute.

I absolutely LOVE this jumper. Love that it’s linen and very comfortable to wear. You can dress it up or be casual. I wish there were more choices in the colors.

The coat is absolutely gorgeous! It came in lovely bright red color that will go great with anything black or white. It fits my daughter perfectly and is true to the stated size. Now we need to also get some matching accessories and we good to go for the fall and winter season.

Just bought a beautiful light brown (camel color) coat with a faux-fur collar from Zeagoo. I was worried that the actual product would be different from the photos, as there were lots of details on it that required fine workmanship. I am glad I wasn't disappointed. The coat is awesome and the delivery was super fast.

Bought a sweater that is surprisingly soft and true to size. I was afraid that it would be smaller but it wasn't. I bought a M size, which is normally what I wear. Because it is slightly elastic, a bigger size would work as well. The sweater arrived within 4 days nicely folded in a vacuum-sealed bag. Very pleased with my second shopping experience here

Very cute. The color is nice and bright, which is exactly what I was looking for. The fabric isn't the softest, but it's comfortable.

I got my order within 24 hours and it was properly packaged and the item was just as nice as the listing. I had no issues with this order and I am pleasantly surprised it wasn't shipped from some overseas warehouse. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and my experience with Zeagoo.
