They keep charging me Annual Fee (been charged twice in two years) and never given me the subscription. I keep writing them emails but I never hear from them. 100% Fraudulent. This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

My membership was cancelled. Even after that, around ₹5000 have been stolen from my account. How did you steal this? I don't understand why you stole money from my account? Neither my money has been deducted from Google's account nor from Apple's account and I have not received any information from Gmail that Zee5 has deducted the money and I have received no information from Apple. So how did you deduct the money from my account?

I had cancelled my membership and then you deducted 100$AUD from my account. How did you steal? I am very upset, you have stolen from my account. I want an inquiry about how you did it.( These people can never improve)
I want my money back in my account. I also want to know through whom did you deduct the money?

subscription not honoured

I Subscribed last July. I paid the whole year. after about 6 months I could not watch any movies etc. I wrote them several emails and they just kept on writing the same thing back. I finally gave up. Not only I wasted my subscription but I will never ever subscribe to them again.

Big big time thieves!!!!!

I had unsubscribed from their services two years ago and they keep on deducting the amount every month, even after I got my card changed.

Every time I write an email to these robbers, all they say is please provide us with your card details.

Card details???? For what ??? To take all my money???

Big big time thieves, no one should ever subscribe to these services.

Honestly the only reason why these kind of countries don’t do well. Full of scammers and fraud and con people.

Terrible Customer Service

I live in Jacksonville Florida USA and subscribe to all the Apps, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Paramount etc. I signed up with Zee 5 about 2 years ago and was very satisfied with their content and picture quality, I have a 1 Gig ATT cable internet connection and a 65-inch Sony Bravia Android TV
About 3 weeks ago every show on Zee 5, at any time of the day had massive buffering and was uncomfortable to watch, I contacted att to see if there was a problem with the internet(no) and all other apps were working normally. I decided to contact Zee5 (fir the first time ever) and this began 2 weeks of horror and disappointment
First there is no phone number on their web site to call customer service, no chat, only an email to send your complaints. I sent my complaint and received a reply to video the error and send, Which I did by sending a 30 second error video. Then I received another reply to send my TV and Zee5 app details, which I did. Than to my surprise I received a third email that said I had to do this:
.1. When a video is playing, select Settings
2.In the menu that opens, turn on or select Stats for nerds
3.Go back to the video to see the Stats for nerds displayed on the player.
4.Take a clear photo of the Stats for nerds to share them.
5.To turn off Stats for nerds, go back to More a turn it off

I am not a tech, but I tried to do this and I could not get the settings the tech wanted
I emailed in my frustration and asked I cannot do this and all I got was a standard reply that said:
We will wait for your response to investigate further

I have received this email over 7 times in the last 2 weeks replied with that I cannot get the answers and is there a number I can call, I got this reply

A multi-billion-dollar company that does not have 24-hour service I could not believe it. I proceed to call this number 7 times over 7 days and after being on hold for 20 to 40 minutes gave up

Finaly just yesterday I got thru and spoke to a person who after putting me on hold several times said without getting the answers they requested (which I could noy get) there nothing they can do; I was amazed at this answer. I said than cancel my service (which I just renewed last week at a cost of $65.00
I recieved this email answer:

We really enjoyed having you as our Premium member. We are disheartened to inform you that your ZEE5 Premium subscription has been cancelled.
However, your subscription would still be valid till 14-06-2025.
Since you were our esteemed Premium member, we would like to hear your feedback on what we can do to improve our services so that you can come back to us again. Please take our 2-minute survey and let us know the reason behind your cancellation.

This was an automated reply and I still cannot believe That in June 2024 there are companies like this BTW I was charged twice on 2 different credit cards the renewal and I am disputing both

If anyone at Zee Management can get in touch with me ai will appreciate

Please avoid ZEE5 subscription to have peace of mind

Subscribed on 21st Feb as annual member and paid in full - it was auto renewal. Today it is 24th Mar and still premium content can't be watched on Zee5 app. There have been hundreds of communication and there is a standard response - provide video with error or we have escalated your issue but nothing beyond this even though I am following up diligently almost every day. Not ready to refund although requested within 14 days as per UK Consumer Rights. Neither they are providing services nor returning money. Please stay away if you don't want to be harassed.

Zee5 will charge 1 yr subscription and then suddenly stop the connection. Customers care is least bothered to solve or reply. Half of the email id s are wrong. Taking money and not providing service is against the law. Must be taken care of by some competent Government authority else this will continue. Worst service provider. Never faced such issues with any other channel.

Its the worst site for movies and serials. It will charge money and then wont allow you to access the site. They will intentionally sent your wrong OTP so that you cannot login. Beware of this.

I’ve had issues in streaming anything…

I’ve had issues in streaming anything that has been uploaded since January 2024, on my TV. I’ve reached out to customer support and they appear to ignore your responses. It’s been nearly 2 months no resolution and when you reach out they ask for the same information. Ridiculous service, no customer service. I would not recommend this platform.

Customer support email is Ghosted

I signed up for zee 5 app 2 years ago. Paid for annual subscription but only used for a month. Lost the account details and never went back to watching anything. Im still getting charged. Ice written to their support email every week, but no one is responding. Who runs this business? How are they even in business? Such crap service. Dear Lord!!

I bought subscription due to 80% discount for Black Friday, but they charged my card full amount. As reported to their unprofessional support. He is asking to create new account and apply the promotion again, then we will refund your previous account. Nonsense
