Absolutely terrible experience with Zoomin. The editing features are completely unreliable. I spent time rotating and cropping my photos, only to receive printed photos where NONE of those edits were applied.
What’s the point of providing editing tools if they don’t reflect in the final output?
To make things worse, their customer support is useless. I raised a ticket, and instead of investigating the issue, they outright denied it and refused to take any responsibility. No resolution, no accountability—just a complete waste of time and money.
Avoid this platform if you care about quality or basic customer service. Completely unprofessional and not worth the risk.

Charged for express delivery and the item has still not arrived on raising the concern the customer service team have been unhelpful and straight rude

I would have given zero star if possible. The delivery was supposed to be received on 9th Feb, it came on a non working day. When asked for reschedule, it has been a week and there has been no information on the package.
Extremely unprofessional and the company takes customers for granted.

There is no customer service access - no phone number or response to emails. Additionally, the order suggested a delivery date and it only arrived 10 days after that, despite me emailing and asking for a timely delivery due to an event.

1 star because giving 0 stars is not possible. I prepaid for my order and extra amount for faster delivery, they have, for no reason at all, delayed the delivery for about 4-5 times now. They falsely claim that customer requested delayed delivery, when no such thing happened. When (multiple times) reached out to customer service of them, they are very unsupportive, claiming the item will be delivered the same way, and then delaying it again. No real accountability from them or their delivery partner. Will not refund the money as well.

I thought I am the only one who has faced this issue but when I see the reviews, this seems to be like a regular issue with the company. The delivery partners keep marking not available for delivery/otp not given without even visiting the delivery site. The company doesn't have a proper customer care. You get only a standard reply. More than 15 days now and I don't know what's the status with the order. Better to avoid.

This is the worst app I’ve used. It’s not user-friendly at all, and even the payment options don’t work properly.

I placed an order on the 31st August which is still not delivered. Despite multiple follow ups and assurance from customer service team they have not delivered my order. They are not even providing a refund of my money. Very bad experience and would not recommend using them.

Be aware they don't have any proper customer support. They will not do cancel or modification. They will tell like its fully automated. So better don't use zoomin. Quality also not worth for the money.

great experience, loved the quality of the product and the service on offer. The product was delivered timely, the packaging and the frame that I had ordered was of great quality.

Horrible Horrible, worst experience ever, they are fraud. They keep saying they attempts delivery no one ever came or contacted me. Customer service has no number so you have to wait a day to get response DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAM, FRAUD AND CHEATERS

Smooth experience, no hassle.
Initially I was skeptical because of reading some of the reviews here. Some of those reviews are old. Of course, I can't speak for others. I've had a smooth experience. The quality of the photo and frame is as promised on the website. I ordered Express delivery and it has reached me within the time they promised.

Ordered a photobook and a large, framed photo. Waiting times didn't matter to me but the end result was good. I don't understand the poor reviews here.

Worst service. Ordered for product with express delivery and did not receive it till date. Pathetic. They dont have a customer care to talk to . Better avoid..

Quality is not at all best Compared with other websites. Price is Tooo Costly. Better Avoid this company.

These are awesome prints! I was skeptical when ordering them, but when they came in I was so impressed. IN LOVE
