I only intended to purchase the toner, but multiple add-ons were included without my clear consent. By the time I reached payment, the total had jumped to £94. This was not made clear upfront and feels misleading. I would not have proceeded had the final cost been transparent.

Package arrived on time with one item missing, I tried to report this but just kept receiving an automated customer care message with no resolution. It’s an expensive product and still waiting to hear back from customer care even though their timeframe is 24 hours.

Do not believe delivery times. Customer service is AI Bot. Certainly wouldn’t use again or recommend

Ordered and paid for 4 items package arrived but only 2 inside, package had not been tampered with - how can I prove this - they must have done this to others

I AM FEELING SCAMMED, I purchased some products 150 Euros on the 29th November, ORDER#J27586018 and never received it. They sent me a number tracker that does not work, they don't attend properly, they keep asking to be patient and do not care at all. ITS a scam! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Contacted company after receiving an incorrect product. Made to jump through hoop after hoop, including sending and resending multiple photographs and my personal details over and over again. Unwilling to send out correct item (despite the fact that I need it to go on holiday) until they received the incorrect item back. Then had to chase again as four days after receiving the incorrect item, they've still not sent the right one back. This means I've had to contact Justmylook FIVE times and I've still not received the product that I've paid for. Their small discount is definitely not worth the hassle!

although paid extra for next day delivery ..it took ten days..i bout 2 lynx bodysprays...it was buy 2 get one free...but instead of the normal 150ml cans...i recieved 3x35ml cans...never knew these existed...must be 'testers'...not botherin g to contact them as others on here have not been dealt with in a proper manner...please avoid

If i could rate it less I would. Package says dispatched 2 weeks ago, not received, maybe not their fault, however the countless ignored emails since and the lack of phone number are the issue, £160 down and no response, absolute joke!

So basically they sent my order out and decide to not tell me they didn’t know my house number and sent it out anyways so Royal Mail sent it back to them so I messaged support and they told me they can send it back out or give me a refund once they receive it they have now received it back as Royal Mail has told me it has been sent back to seller and there ai bot also told me they had received it back so I asked for it to be sent back out and now there lying to me saying they haven’t received it back when it’s been a week and they most definitely have

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THE IDIOTS SEND OUT WRONG ITEMS!!! AND THEN HAD THE CHEEK TO WANT IT SENT BACK BEFORE THEY WOULD SEND ME, THE ITEMS I ORDERED!!! CONTACTING MY LEGAL TEAM TOMORROW!!! DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL, PATHETIC COMPANY!!!

My first order of 2 items , one of them being wrong! I after sending several photos to prove the item isn’t what I ordered , also a copy of my order form , I have now been told I have to return this item through Royal Mail , arrange a collection , with Royal Mail , after doing all this , when they receive the order , they will then send out the correct item I originally ordered! , awful experience , I would not order again from this company, nothings straightforward with this company

Don't use this Company bought a fifty pound bottle of perfume it wasn't genuine it was Miracle by Lancome eau de perfume have another bottle at home and their not the same its fake and the smell doesn't last at all I'll never use them again.

I was notified when the Catrice under eye brightening product became back in stock. I was delighted and placed my order straight away, adding other products to make it up to the amount required for free shipping. Waited patiently for my order which took a lot longer than it used to but hey ho. Then the day before my order was delivered, I received an email from Just my look telling me that the Catrice under eye brightener was no longer available and I would not be receiving it in my order! I contacted Customer Service for help and they were not interested at all! There was no apology at all and they could not have been less interested. This is my first order with this company within a few years and very likely my last. They used to be so much better. Wow! When you order an item and pay for it, you do expect to receive it!

Order at your own risk. They use an AI bot for customer service email which is very dodgy. Made an order in 2024 which took a week to be dispatched, almost had to report a problem with Klarna. This time (2025) I found a good priced product they offered so decided to chance it again. No delivery and it has been 2 weeks. Email customer service but only get a reply from an AI bot so no clear way to get through to a real person on email. Might have to report a problem for real this time to get my money back.

After 11 days I have still not received my goods , I keep sending emails but all I get is an automated email back saying the same thing, I've told them numerous times I want a refund I go on holiday in 3 days and I will now have to buy from elsewhere they owe me £24.38 which I have to pay out again I am very disgusted with justmylook. There is no way of getting in touch with them other than automated emails and you get the same one every time.

Do not order from this company. Red flags appear when tracking number becomes 'ghosted'. Goods never dispatched although they cheekily send email asking if you are satisfied with your purchase knowing goods never dispatched! Scammers. They also appear on fake Trust Pilot site so beware. Trust this site only.

I bought a Babyliss rotating hot air brush which does not work. It smokes and gets really hot despite having no power. I returned it as a faulty product for a refund and Justmylook sent it back saying it had passed their tests and was working. I tried it again and needless to say it still doesn't work. They are now ignoring my emails. Horrific company, I will never buy from them again.

I ordered some eyeliners and they took my money via PayPal despite the items being out of stock. They don’t tell you this at the time of the order. I only established this myself when I checked my account. I’ve had to wait despite the fact the items should have been despatched the next day. I cancelled the order and they pretended to be sending a note from Luther (an AI agent) saying I only have a 15 minute cancellation period. This is not correct as the Consumer Contract Regulations says the minimum cancellation period is 14 days. Also, they should be adhering to providing certain information upfront, which they do not. I’ve sent them proof of everything, only to be ignored. This is a very amateur company.

All their practices now confirm my suspicions that they are not a genuine retailer who adheres to the UK rules regarding consumer rights.

I contacted PayPal and have requested my refund. They are now investigations the company.

Today they have advised my items are already despatched and I can return them. Why should I pay for the return of items I’ve cancelled in plenty of time and if they ignore my emails? By the way, they don’t take phone calls. 🤷‍♂️

I intend to ring Trading Standards if they insist on trying to take monies, nor refunding as appropriate. I will also make RipOffBritain and BBC Watchdog aware as I’m sure they’d be interested in this company and how they are treating their customers.
