I've been with Talk home mobile for about a year now, and I'm staying for the time being. Rolling contract, free calls/voicemail/texts but limited 'data', which is fine as I rarely surf the net on my phone anyway. Only a couple of quid a month too. For some reason however, their voicemail notification system is broken and has been for months. You're supposed to get a text or phone alert if one is left but this simply doesn't happen anymore. Rather frustrating having to constantly call VM to see if there are any! Customer service is largely unhelpful--no explanation, and just keep telling me "We're fixing it", which I am seriously doubting after all this time.

Chaotic. Prices may look competitive but the service you get is dire. You can't register the App because it goes in circles and you can't enter the info it requires or receive sms. Password reset OTPs simply don't arrive. Finally my sim was sent to a completely different address despite my account address being correct. Still waiting for my account to be closed and my money to be refunded. Don't waste your time!

I needed to change my email address linked to my mobile number. After numerous 'phone calls, emails and continual unfulfilled promises from various customer service staff and spanning a period of more than a month, I finally gave up and asked for a PAC code. I received a text message with a PAC code of zero, followed by another text saying "sorry you're leaving, goodbye". I send yet another email stating that a PAC code comprises 9 characters, valid for 30 days and there's a legal obligation to provide one when asked. The PAC code then came through, less than half an hour later the credit they'd previously added as a 'gesture of good will' was no longer available. As a disabled women I was left feeling very vulnerable, unable to make calls until my new sim was received from a different provider. The only reason I've given 2 stars, rather than one, is because the actual mobile service was good. They need to sort out their customer services - it should not be so difficult to change an email address.

Avoid this desperate people.

Sim did not arrive after 2 week so ordered another - both arrived a week later.
I was too busy to insert and set up sim but had a payment took without it been activated or any warning!

Called customer service which was pretty bad. Told me sim no good after 30 days but to still try. Noticed 12 further payments had been set up via PayPal even though it was a monthly contract so called again to clarify.
no one was speaking even though they had answered the phone. Rang back on hold 30 min then got same adviser. Hard to communicate with and get my point across. I felt he was quite unhelpful.

So disapointed as I was looking forward to getting a EE signal at a good price.
Had my first review took off trustpilot for some reason but I feel it’s important to warn potential customers of my experience.
I hate leaving negative reviews and most of mine are positive.

Appalling level of service. Despite having plenty of money on my account I cannot make or receive call or texts meaning I missed an important call from my doctor today. I have tried to contact the company several times but it seems they are all either having a tea break or maybe just ignoring their customers.

I bought a SIM card to use for roaming when I’m in Italy to work from home, I used up all of the 60gb roaming data (which is NOT clearly displayed at all on their website FAQ and product page) - I contacted customer services and the agent claimed there is no way to increase the roaming cap (keep in mind there is on pretty much every other network in the UK) and was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Whatever circumstance you are in, DO NOT USE TALK HOME.

It just kept on cutting off every minute. I am happy i ddnt sign up for a bundle. Instead did a minimum top up of £5 but even that was a waste of money. ☹️

The professional attitude and etiquette. And most importantly the swiftness and rectification of some one elses mistake.
I purchased a top up voucher from a local retailer who had gave me the wrong voucher after I had told him I wanted a mobile voucher . He printed out the wrong one.

The pin not working and calling them on 20P per minute is not worth.

I bought £20 rechargeable International calling card and pin number is not working ... there is no proper system to rectify the problem straightaway. I email them..not received any reply yet.
I have seen a lot of people complained before me but
still the company not seems to do anything to correct

call every day and the number is not avalable

I purchased a £10 calling card online to call a hungarian mobile number. 4 out of 6 times it wouldn't connect the call properly, meaning that the other party's phone rings but when answered there is only silence on the line. On my side at the same time it wasn't connecting or ringing. I had to try three to four times to be able to connect the call properly. It deducted money even for those failed calls. They say that it is only 3p /minute, it sounds good but in reality money runs out very fast.

Dropped international landline calls and keeps taking credit everytime!

They are very bad and know nothing about customer service I don't recommend them at all plz don't buy any thing from them

I bought a £5 International card however pin code was not working. I will not buy again from this company.

Anyone knows if their services are down today?, cant dial any number from 3 of their mobiles (numbers) I have in family, cant even dial 579 or their customer support, seems everything is down.

Very poor customer service. Bought £5 card and the pin not working
I emailed the customer care for help they just ignore me no answer
I have got £4.80 left on the card. I do not recommend this calling card

Please do not download this apps absolutely rubbish now, it used to be ok before but now they just taking your money and the customer service are clueless, they will tell you to contact to help line from the apps.
