The return process has been abysmal. I’m still waiting on my refund and one of the items has been returned for weeks. There was a mistake on my end where I mixed up the return labels for the shoes I was returning and they were kind about it. The item still made it back to their warehouse and I never heard anything about it for weeks. That is the only reason for the second star. There is no reason this business should be so uncommunicative and difficult to contact. They never follow up with you unless you say something to them first. Every answer is “our team will get back to you” or “our team is checking that out” and weeks will go by without you hearing a word. So frustrating. I just want my refund.

This is not a legitimate company. I was charged an international transaction fee for converting currency into Chinese currency, even though there was absolutely no indication on the website that this would occur. The shoes arrived on time, but they are low quality (basically large plastic doll shoes). When I emailed the company to initiate a return, the company took several days to respond, then asked me to send pictures of my feet in the shoes. I refused to do so, and they did send me a return label. I immediately sent the shoes back using the return label, and I asked the company to update me about the refund. I never heard from them, and I did not receive a refund after two weeks. I have complained to the company about not receiving a refund and have yet to hear back. Do NOT purchase anything from Wydr. I will continue to demand a refund of both the shoe cost and the transaction fee. If I don't receive both, I will contest the charge with the credit card company.

I have loved pretty much every shoe I have purchased from Wydr. I have lymphedema in my right foot that had become so swollen, I couldn't even wear shoes from Torrid, which is notorious for shoes that run very big. I had low expectations when I first ordered, but now I am a repeat customer! Every pair I have gotten from Wydr has been well made, stylish, and are a dream to wear. The reason I took away one star is for some of the shopping experience aspects. Many of my purchases have shipped directly from China, taking close to 4 weeks to arrive. This isn't necessarily a bad thing in itself, but just a word to the wise to order well in advance if shopping for an occasion. I also wish the return process was smoother. The one time I wanted to return a pair, I had to email customer service. The associate who responded kept trying to troubleshoot, asking for pictures. It ended up being kind of a hassle, so I just kept the shoes, which is probably the company's aim. It just means that I am more careful when I go to make a purchase.

My order arrived faster than expected and the shoes were exactly as described. Great quality and very comfortable.

Amazing sandals!! they are sooo comfortable and perfect for wide feet! i think the leather of the sandals ajust to your feet and it makes them even for comfortable. I have never had an good shoe experience like this :)

My feet are always too wide for anything cute, and I’m sick of paying inflated prices for bad shoes that don’t last. Ordered a pair of loafers and they fit my wide, high instep, and overall “high volume” (as I was once told by a shoe salesman…) feet. They look well made and not cheap. Thrilled with my purchase and will be buying more.

Honestly I can't express how amazing these shoes are. I have never been more comfortable in so many different styles of shoes. I feel sturdy and fashionable and as a wide width and high arches it's been nearly impossible to find cute, high quality shoes that actually fit. I'm so grateful for a brand like this ! I need every pair!

They were great with exchanging for a different size. Very prompt in communication. Will order again.

I have bought shoes before and sizing can be tricky, but these fit me perfectly, They also look just as nice in person as they do on the website.

I purchased three pairs (sandals and loafers) and plan on buying more.

I looked at wydr after a friend's recommendation. I have "the worst feet in the world". I have wide, very flat feet and small ankles. I have a lot of trouble finding shoes, especially attractive shoes to wear out. I mostly wear shoes that I can fit my orthotics in but it is nice to have something "special" to wear to an event. I bought two different styles in two different sizes. i ended up keeping one pair in the size that i generally buy due to my wide feet. the shoes are comfortable and cute. It took me a while to get used to them as I generally don't wear heels. However, I managed to dance all night!
The wydr team have been fabulous to communicate with about the return process, as well as recommending other styles that may work. I will definitely buy from wydr again.

The shoes are really cute and comfortable. I've worn them for a few hours and they didn't hurt my feet. Shipping was also faster then I expected.

The shoes were super cute and length and width fit great. There was not enough arch support for the sandals to work for me, so I started the return process. There was a lot of back and forth. Are you sure you want to return them? Yes, please send the return label.... Then they could not find the email tread that had the information. The customer service is not great. I returned the shoes promptly, with all original packaging, including the outer shipping box. (You should keep that if you're not sure you will keep the shoes, you will need it.) I checked the tracking and they arrived this week and I am yet to hear from WYDR customer service or to receive a refund. I am hopeful to hear from them this week.

The shoes arrived packaged beautifully and were pristine out of the box. I wore one pair to a wedding, and they were quite comfy! A second pair had less arch support than I expected, so I ordered supplementary insoles. TBD on those, but they certainly look stylish and fit well!

I was a little worried about ordering shoes online, but these turned out great. The size was accurate, the shoes were comfortable right out of the box, and they look just like the photos on the website.

Edit/Update:
After posting my original review, Wydr got in touch with me and assisted me in returning the incorrect shoes. My order was refunded and postage was also refunded. They were very apologetic. I would still say they have issues responding to emails and seeing/reading previous emails. I'm not sure what it's like on their side, but it felt like even though I always replied within the same email thread, they never seemed to read or acknowledge the previous comms. It was only when I posted on here that they responded to me. I think the exchange process needs an overhaul, like a printout form or something, as this whole issue was caused from mis-read emails. Overall, I'd still order from them if I didn't anticipate needing to return/exchange anything.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 11th of April. I realised before they arrived that I had meant to order a different style but the same print (leopard). I emailed them on 26th of April to ask what I should do, and if I could exchange them. They confirmed I could exchange them after several follow ups on 11th of May. They ask you to pay for postage and they will reimburse you which is awkward. I sent through postage receipt on May 16th, and I was only just reimbursed on 20th of June after they asked me to send through the receipt again and I followed up several times.
They then re-sent the original shoes, even though I put in a handwritten note in the returned shoe box of the size and style I wanted to exchange for, in addition to stating this via email. It's now almost July, and they've since left me 'on read', refusing to respond to my emails asking what to do with this pair of shoes that they've sent me that I don't want. They seem to not be able to read email threads. I've sent them over 14 emails across two different threads and have heard nothing back except for that they have processed the postage reimbursement (and conveniently not replying to me asking for an update). Very disappointing.

The shoes are really stylish and are comfy even with my bunion. They do seem a little long (probably because most of my shoes are too narrow). It would be good if delivery could be speeded up

This company is great I had ordered these 2 bow sandals colors in 10 ww , they were to long for foot, the width is great so I returned them and reordered my size 9ww. The return process is a bit of a wait but the customer service is great and takes a few days to respond but it is worth it when you have wide feet. These sandals are super cute and girly which I love. My normal shoes size is 10 wide 2E in other shoes . So a 9ww fit my foot perfect . Thank you for making these cute shoes and sandals . On June 4th 2026 I ordered 2 different sandals the second time (1 black bow) and (black mia wedge)after returning the original 2 that were too big, the black bow sandals arrived about 12/13days later. As for the second pair didn't ship until June 14 , and now it's out for delivery which is a total 20 days for the mia black wedge sandal just fyi keep in mind it is super slow shipping sometimes . If you need shoes for next month you buy them now . Or else you will be like me waiting and checking that email order every day .
