An issues and they get in contact very quickly, but I been trying to find out what size is the magnetic charging connector is, think it may be 7.62mm as I need a spare for when am away, but all they came back with is we don't sell them, but this wasn't the question.
Had 3 watches off them liked them all and work well hood functions. Always solved othere problems I had.

Trying to reinstall this app due to the app not working. I now have a message saying that this app was built for an older version of Andriod and doesn't include the latest privacy protections.

I had a small glitch with my first purchase of xwrist and I informed x wrist about this and without a second thought they resolved the issue by replacing a new watch on time ,,inhavent seen so generous behavior from multinationals too that too after sales and irrespective of my geographic location .

I got the Watch and i tested it for 3 days now, everything works as it should.
The support is easy going and trustfull, i let them Connect to my phone so they can help me set up the app.

I also ordered one for my husband I can’t want until it arrives.
The delivery was fast and the support was nice to help set it up for me.

After sending a few emails and chats finally got a response. Could not have been more helpful. Replacement was made, and received within 2 days,which I didn't expect at all. Service was fabulous. No complaints at all. Have to say, without a doubt, these are fantastic watches. Believe we have tried quite a few and this one is far the best. Accurate and look great.

I personally love this device.
I got it a while ago and it has a lot of beautiful and useful functions.
It is easy to install and easy to manage.
It does ask for a lot of permissions but for my health I was happy to give.
The sensors seem accurate as I tested them with my omrom device.

The most complete fitness watch feature set ! They have blood pressure, body temperature, blood oxygen, even EKG ! I got the X2 watch and so far so good. Works as expected. The battery life is great !
