I had made a mistake when purchasing a pad v elite scan tool where I didn't log in before attemptong my purchase, not knowing this, I freaked out when money left my account but I had received no confirmation of purchase or transaction confirmation emails from paypal, after contacting customer service on whatsapp and speaking with Ivana, she updated me quickly and let me know what the issue was, relieving my anxiety about the whereabouts of the money I had tried to spend while also then helping me through the realization that it was just because I had made a mistake. She then helped me through the purchase and sent me screenshot confirmations that it was received, and has kept in touch with further updates on my purchase. Exemplary service. Thank you.
