Good service from Gosia. Fast reply and well organized!

Managed to arrange events for me very last minute. The events were brilliant and we were taken care of. 100% reliable and would recommend to anyone.

We recently used this company for a stag do and can not recommend them enough! The entire trip was organised perfect without any problems. The guides were brilliant and extremely accommodating.

We had a group of 18 lads going to Krakow and Gosia made the whole experience very easy and convenient for each activity we picked.
Also gave us good recommendations on places to go out in the evening, I would recommend there services to anyone.

Gosia was absolutely brilliant in helping organise activities for me and a group of friends for a trip to Krakow. She was able to step in at the last minute to help us out after other companies failed us, she replied quickly to messages and went above and beyond to give us helpful information about the city to make our trip even more special. I would 100% recommend Xclusive events to anyone!

The birthday party I was part of was professionally designed and crafted for our needs. All program was planned in consultation with us with many hints provided that helped to choose the best events for our group.
Once the plan was settled, we had nothing to worry about and all heavy logistics load was taken off our shoulders.
The day of the party was an absolute pleasure. We could just sit, buckle our seat belts and enjoy every bit of that crazy ride...

Gosia, zapewniła nam weekend w Krakowie, wypełniony po brzegi atrakcjami. Zadbała o każdy szczegół i minutę naszego wspolnie spędzonego czasu. Rejs po Wiśle, z niespodzianką na katamaranie, powinien być kluczową atrakcją na każdym wieczorze 🙂

Pierwszy raz brałam udział w tak swietnie zorganizowanej imprezie.
Wszystko przemyślane, dopięte ( transport, atrakcje) coś wspaniałego.
Dużo atrakcji ale tez elastyczność w dopasowaniu jeśli coś nam wypadło.
Gosia zajęła się wszystkim

Really good service, Gosia was very friendly, the overall experience provided made the best man look like a stag do organising pro!
Picked up promptly each time, from the airport and our hotel, and taken to our booked events (shooting range and go karts) would recommend!

If you’re planning a stag trip to Krakow, I’d easily recommend Gosia to make it easier on yourself. I had a group of 11 lads and it's like herding cats.
Its slightly more expensive but worth it take the hassle out of it, and she’s very friendly.
Gosia helped to assist in the planning of a “tame” stag weekend to Krakow. (She offered, I declined the “fun” stuff). Gosia helped us with the following:
Transport to and from the airport to the hotel. (Picked up from the airport in a hummer limo was a pretty cool on off that was expensive but I recommend. The lads were pleasantly surprised).
3 activities – Shooting for 30 minutes, Go Karting which was great fun (I bought a Mario costume off amazon for £30 just for the stag. Finally, a bar crawl which Gosia arranged for us to be met by a girl called Agata who was fantastic. She took us to pubs / bars which had music to our tastes. First place was full of brits and pricy, the latter 2 were cheap polish clubs with great music. She was a great laugh. The activities had transport included which was a big well looked after modern minibus. Agata met us as at the pub for the bar crawl and paid for our tram tickets.
We then arranged the day before for transport from the hotel to Krakow airport through Gosia. Simple, easy, as cheap as the local transport that we could find. Clean, friendly drivers who spoke enough English to easily get by.

Prior to the event, she kept in contact through whatsapp. Easy to drop a message at any time and quick to respond. Has examples / videos of all the activities. Transparent and friendly throughout.
For our activities she came along on the mini bus to the shooting and go karting! Super friendly and easily conversational in English. Very knowledgeable about the local culture and provided recommendations for local bars for cheap alcohol and nice restaurants for good local polish food.

From start to finish Gosia was brilliant and we were very well looked after. She managed to contain and control a group of around 16 rowdy Englishmen and helped us have a great gun range session followed by paint-balling (although I don't think the stag liked the final round of paint-balling!!)

Very helpful and sociable and gave additional advise and guidance on what else to do in the city, where to it and where to avoid.

Definitely recommend Gosia and the Xclisveevent team if you want your stag/adventure in Krakow to go smoothly, on-time and be well looked after.

If we go back again will be using the company again, unless its a family holiday!

Gosia helped us with organization of bachelor party. It was great experience, and unforgettable evening. Event was really good organized, Gosia thought of everything from beginning to the end. There was shooting event, cruise on the Vistula river and of course clubbing. Transport was included so we can focus on enjoying our time together. There were some attractions I can't tell you about, but you definitely should try yourselves :)

Organizowałam wieczór panieński dla kuzynki przez firmę xclusiveevent .wszystko było na wysokim poziomie z najdrobniejszymi szczegółami perfekcyjnie.
W dzień pojechałyśmy na gokarty uwieńczone finałowym wyścigiem, szampanem dla zwyciężczyni 🙂 kupa śmiechu i zabawy! Wieczór zaczęłyśmy od zarezerwowanej restauracji przez xclusiveevent ,w której miałyśmy przepyszna kolacje oraz coktail making. Było zabawnie i przesmacznie. Spod restauracji zabrała nas limuzyna( hummer) i miałyśmy tour po mieście z ,, pokazem"😉 Zakończyłyśmy w klubie, omijając stanie w kolejce gdzie czekała na nas vipowsla loża ze schłodzonymi napojami i przekąskami. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z obsługi tej firmy. Sama musiałabym spędzić ogrom czasu i nerwów żeby znaleźć sprawdzone miejsca i zgrać to wszystko perfekcyjnie w czasie. Dzięki xclusiveevent mogłyśmy się wszystkie skupić na zabawie bo koordynacja zajmowała się obecna pilotka. Polecam!
