XeMODeX Inc. Reviews

XeMODeXox did a great job fixing the abs unit I sent them. It worked perfectly afterwards. I was especially impressed with the professional redesign of the pump motor mounting

Please be aware! I hadn't a chance to experience any service from the company because they just refused to provide it without any consent from my side. It is a very frustrating order processing, where after a payment you can wait up to 3 days until you get the shipping label fr which you have paid. I submitted my payment for the test service, as well for the shipping. I received a conformation email, that the payment succeeded. There were no other instructions in the email. I tried to call them, but it was a Saturday and they didn't answer. I wrote an email, they didn't answer as well. Despite the sipping price was about $40, I payed $60. First on Tuesday noon i received the label by email. I wrote right away that I already shipped the item and asked then for a refund for one way shipping. Instead of doing it, they requested more money from me! It was just $16! I told them that the sum is not significant to me. I value time more than money. If they want I can pay the company for its own failure. On the next day I received an email from the general manager who probably was insulted and he told me that they refuse to test my DME and will send me it back. So, I spent $60 and 2 weeks of my time for nothing. Thank you very much XeMODeX!

Excellent service pricing turnaround time Very happy

2012 BMW X5 diesel. The onboard diagnostic system showed an error code playing toward the SCR tank. Received their product and installed it, it worked perfectly very fair price and extremely fast service. Great company.

Your website detailed all the symptoms I was having with my ETB, so I felt confident to place an order for my Volvo! The V70 now runs like a new car, something I didn't expect for a non- turbo engine!
Shipping was fast and well detailed and efficient!

Customer service was very friendly and informative. Got my TCM repaired quickly and was ecstatic especially after having my car in the shop for 2 months just trying to diagnose it was a problem with my TCM. Highly recommend!

The service was fantastic. I ordered the part on Sunday and it arrived Wednesday morning and worked perfectly. Thank you so much.

Great service fast prompt
My products was in and out the same day.

I purchased an OEM+ (uprated) Adblue tank heater for my W166 ML350 from XeModex. Despite being located in Scotland, the part arrived from Canada extremely fast - faster than my regular parts supplier can ship from EU.

I was really impressed with the quality of the part, the thought that's went into the product design, and the instructions provided.

I've never replaced an Adblue tank heater before - it's not an easy job, but the product
worked perfectly. On clearing the fault code the engine no management light went off and stayed off. I highly recommend the XeModex product over the OEM Bosch or cheap Chinese alternatives.

After my 2019 Ram 1500 Classic was sitting at the dealer in Fort Myers for 4 months, I finally deided to have it towed back to my house.
Had an internal failure ( ABS Module) which triggered all the fun lights, plus it would not shift out of park. Dead ...so to speak.
Removed ABS module, sent to XeMODex to have it rebuild/ upgraded.
Result....AMAZING.
Reinstalled ABS Module and back on the road.

This is what they do, and they do it right.
Turnaround was so fast, it is almost scary.
THANK YOU so much !!

Fast easy service, good and quick communication. Clear and complete instructions

Fast, efficient and excellent service.

We were very happy with the service and speedy return of our part! The instructions were also very clear and detailed and helpful in a smooth transaction. I would highly recommend XeMODeX for service!

Did not work I had a dynamic steering fault you can continue to drive code. They told they can fix it I sent and got it back quickly installed now it says defective do not drive I contacted them they to told me to go get diagnosed lol it makes no sense to take it to the dealership spend more than what I already spent with cemodex. So I bought I used one now I have no more problems

Great communication and let me know exactly what was going on and what was needed. Super fast response.

My 2008 Saab 9-3 was having injector codes being tossed. I was able to contact a tech before ordering the repair. Everyone was extremely helpful and let me know exactly how the process would go. This repair is cheap compared to remanufactured ECU replacements. Turn around time was impeccable and lifetime warranty. How can you beat lifetime warranty on a repair?

The quick fix of the part and shipment back. I had been waiting for months to get my truck back up and running.

fast delivry and performing pproduct
I had fear about installing that ABS module on my car but the comments were positive so I installed it.

Very pleased with the repair of my ETM! Can’t believe that it is my original one. Looks and works like it came from the factory. GO CANADA!

I recently sent them my 1999 Volvo throttle body. There was some misunderstandings that led me not to be very happy with my service. But Corrine contacted me and made things right. So now I am satisfied with the outcome of our dealings. They said my throttle body should be here tomorrow ready to plug and play, and I just mailed it two days ago! My wife is looking forward to a smooth running Volvo.
