There was a delivery problem with my order, what can happen. But the company contacted me and refunded my money the day after.

J'ai commandé un module TMS pour mon phare BMW en faisant bien attention que c'était bien un AHL (phare adaptatif). Toutes les photos et descriptions indiqués que c'était le bon et à la réception ce n'est pas un AHL. J'ai envoyé des messages whatsApp et mail sans réponse.
Site à fuir car trompeur sur la marchandise commandée.

Shipped the wrong part, did not reply to my message about replacing those wrong parts, money did not get refunded.

Competent workers, assisted and answered all questions I had. Very fast preparing of order and excellent communication.
Will be back for sure, highly reccomended to others.

Be careful with this company. I bought a new laser light for BMW. The product arrived with a broken pin.
At the time of purchase, they claimed that the lamp was new and unused and without defects.
The broken place was already in the videos they sent, but is very small and unnoticeable, but compared to the old lamp, you can see when it is broken.
The lights are not new either, but have been restored with signs of use upon closer inspection.
Realizing when the lights are used/restored and still broken, they refuse to take them back.
I offered to send back the light - but seller refuse this...

This answer is absolutely brilliant. Sold damaged light and not take back. You see all answers for negative feedback is same strategy..
Be careful of this company

I made an order from this company. I ordered 2 Porsche Headlight Housing for Macan 2021 and 1 glass(lens cover). The package reached Germany within 5 days, which was a few days earlier than the expected time for other companies. I was advised by 2 employees (1 by the way, not during working hours), it was precisely those Headlight Housing that I ordered, the glass came like as from the factory (it shines and changes color under sunlight). The goods came very well packed, this company has logo on box. Before ordering goods, I read reviews on this site and on others, and they were not very good but I took a chance and everything was great. Once again, I was convinced that most negative reviews can be written not objectively, apparently the reviews means some other purposes. Thank you guys, continue to work at the same high level!

They are very good at their job. There was mistakes but they solve them on time fast. Very pleased with the types of deliveries.

Only problems!!! Only problems!! i was also blocked on whatsapp! second answer! xenonled.eu does not know how to work. I was going to failure because of them. I have all my customers very nervous. Be careful. They are all faulty. To help you they ask for more money and there is no profit. they have a lot of negative feedback!! be very careful!!!

IS NOT POSSIBLE THAT ALL PARTS ARE WITH DEFECTIVE!!!! to solve amicably they want money, and it is not certain that you will solve the problem. when the pieces are new the problem should never exist, instead there are always and only problems!!!!

This is an example of delighting a customer. I live in Ireland and needed a replacement bulb for a headlight. To my dismay the main dealer quoted me over 3000 euro to replace the entire headlight as it a completely sealed unit. I tried everywhere to locally get it fixed and came across Vlad and his team. I was a little nervous about shipping off the headlight but it all worked out just fine. They fixed the light and shipped it back. Although there was a small issue I wasn’t happy about when I got it back Xenonled stood over their work and took it back and fixed it at their cost. Absolutely delighted with that. Great service. Highly professional. Well done

Pas professionnel, ne répond pas aux emails, sur WhatsApp répond avec 1 message tous les 24 heures, n'affiche pas les prix sur le site, j'ai demandé un devis pour des phares mercedes CLA et c'etait 1000€, mon amis deux jours plus tard c'était 900€ ; A FUIR , ne prend pas paypal .

I bought a pair of headlamps from them recently. They sent me a video of the headlights in full working condition and everything was great , including pictures on their website. But when i recieved the headlights, the item condition wasn't what was shown on website and the video they sent. Picture on website and headlights condition DO NOT TALLY. They even told me that the picture on the website is only for display purpose and the headlights i got from them are not the one from the website. There were also VERY BAD STAINS on the inner projector lens. Showed them picture of the stains and they said they had no idea of what is it and unable to explain. Whats worst was that the label on the lights required for coding were worn off. If only pictures can be posted on this website and it will speak a thousand words !! When i demanded a refund, they refused and i had to spend the extra cash to do overhaul for my lights !! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BUYING LIGHTS FROM THEM IF YOU ARE LOCATED OVERSEAS !!! Please note that the reply that they gave to my review didnt even answer the question of the stains on the inner headlight projector lens and the headlight lens itself.

I ordered led headlights for audi s3 8v fl. I leave in Cyprus so I got the RHD. I was little bit hesitate at the beginning because of the reviews but the guys were very helpful. Great service, the headlights were in good condition especially for the price that I got the and arrived in time!
