I placed an order and they charged my card, but never shipped my order. I tried emailing the company “ the only option on the site” to no avail. No response. This is a scam company. Buyers beware.

I placed and paid for my order in June 2026, and it is now September and I still have not received my product.

I have tried contacting Xhale multiple times, but the only contact option available to me has been email, and I have received no proper response or resolution. I have been left without the product I paid for and without a refund.

Waiting around three months for an order with no meaningful customer service or solution is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I am now contacting my bank to dispute the transaction because the goods I paid for were never received.

Absolut SCAM. My order was never shipped, money gone. I wrote them an e-mail, the said they were looking into the issue and that was the last, what I heard of them. Now even my e-mails are getting bounced back. Maybe they don't even exist anymore.

Fake, took my money, product was never shipped

Fake fake fake do not buy from here total scam.

Fake scam company. Placed order in early March. No tracking updates or dispatch notifications. Emailed support. Was told of a warehousing issue and that fulfilment would begin again on the 20th of March. Emailed again on 14th April and received a very obviously AI-generated apology email telling me my refund would be processed on my order. Then received the EXACT SAME EMAIL 6 times over the next month. Never received a refund. Clearly paid actors to be in the ads pretending to be founders of the company. Avoid avoid avoid.

Scam as others have said. been a month and a half with no product or refund.

Still have not got my product after 2 months, had lots of emails back apologising but full of false promises, just waiting until I can't be bothered and stop asking for a refund or my product.

Placed an order on march 2nd, eventually got a shipped notification on march 27th, however no tracking available.
Have been regularly emailing them to request a refund, keep being promised its being escalated to a 'specialist' however still had no contact.
Going through my bank to get a refund as nothing is progressing with the company itself

WARNING WARNING THIS IS A SCAM

Ordered items, after a month of no action I emailed the company to ask what was happening, after a week of waiting for a reply they said sorry will find out what's happening, after another week wait I emailed and asked for the order to be refunded. They did not reply.

A week later they sent a shipping notification. A week after that I noted the item was not with sender as they still had not shipped the item - just put tracking details on but the item has never reached the depot or been scanned into the system.

I asked for refund AGAIN. No reply. I now have to go to my bank to sort this out.

I never received my product. All emails ignored. No way to receive refund

Placed an order on the 21st of march havent recieved anything. Website says order confimed but nothing has changed since then. Emailed them and had a response that they would look into it and then nothing

My wife and I wanted to quit together, and we ended up ordering two Xhales, and we absolutely love them. We both prefer the cinnamon flavor.

SCAMMERS. DID SOME MORE DIGGING AND THEY ARE FAKE.
