XLence is a scammer. They automatically refused my withdrawal and refused to return my principal. I've been waiting for three months. This is the biggest scam I've ever encountered.

I have done that and sent all the documents and screenshots about my $500 withdrawal and I have only received $135 I see that they sent 2 transition one at $47 and others at $88 directly to my bank and the rest were sent to the Praxis company when I convert them with this and send evidence they stop responding. So this has been going on since March 16 until today, 2026-04-12. Even costumer experience service did not help them write an email and when I sent all the documents they stopped responding.

The customer service is terrible they can’t actually give you any resolution to your complaints. I raised a chargeback at least four months ago because I woke up and my account was in $1000 minus as I thought my account got hacked but I realised it was someone I knew on my phone who lost my entire balance - dropped that dispute and it wasn’t a successful dispute clearly. I ask them to clear the negative balance as they told me they can clear it but I had to make a deposit of any amount. LUCKILY I only deposited $50 which cleared the balance but I still can’t use the account as it’s disabled from the dispute. I have been contacting over two months now following up on what’s going on and why it’s “under review” with NO answers. No emails. No escalation. I am literally being ignored. I requested all my live chat and email correspondence and the weasel on live chat support got smart to me stating he couldn’t give me data I should be entitled to. STAY AWAY from this broker. I am so lucky I didn’t deposit a large amount of money because I strongly believe they would have kept my account frozen regardless and they clearly knew my account was frozen and couldn’t be used so they should not have told me to deposit knowing this. Very sad and poor form from this company.

Broker is refusing withdrawal and not responding to emails. Profits were removed due to alleged “arbitrage” without proper evidence. Support is unresponsive.
Update 08.04.2026:
The company replied asking me to contact them, but I have already sent multiple emails without receiving any response. I have now contacted them again with all my account details. I am still waiting for a resolution.
Final Update:
The company states that only my initial deposit was returned, which is correct, but all profits were cancelled based on allegations of “price latency arbitrage” without clear evidence.
I want to highlight that I traded manually using the prices provided on their platform and did not exploit any system errors.
In my opinion, this raises serious concerns about how profits are handled once a withdrawal is requested.
I will leave this review as a warning for other traders.

Eine interne Überweisung von 50$ zwischen 2 Konten dauerte ganze 2 Tage, was bei anderen Brokern gerade mal 2 Sekunden dauert. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage beim Support wurde nicht geholfen. Eine Auszahlung von 60$ via Bitcoin dauerte ganze 4 Tage. Das ist kein Kundenservice.

Have been using for about 2+ months now. Platform is easy to set up. Instant deposit. Great they have an account manager assigned to assist in queries who is also caring for my trading needs. He is also helpful to provide market analysis. Spread is not as tight as some other brokers. Experienced some slippage in stoploss and take profit trades.

I’m not an experienced trader I started out last September 2025 copy trading been scammed 4 times now , been with horrific copy traders that haven’t explained things proper lot size risk management etc, so blown multiple small accounts learning ! I decided to get a mentor and I’m learning from scratch to mark up the charts myself and learn a strategy! While I’m learning I’m still copy trading I was introduced to this broker for my smaller deposit though the copy signal mentor/group! Problems from day one, like I said I’m not a pro but I know when my figures are being manipulated and when I enter at trade at a certain entry this broke slips it which ever way I’m pal I g buy or sell so straight away I’m loosing! Very strange when I loose a trading back in and take a look and it’s not theSL I’ve placed. The account blew my deposit but still let me trade with the deposit contribution as equity I haven’t been using it but now I’m placing my own trades I thought I’d try placing a trade just to see , same thing entered me different to where I executed and changed my stop loss ! Stay away scammers! I told my mentor but they said they have no control over broker and al broker are different remember they benefit the mentors and that’s where they earn with a just a number I can’t even be bothered anymore to fight this situations no point so many of them around I’m marking up and winning my own trades now anyway

XLence broker is an absolute scam! I earned $13,500, and instead of paying me, they suspended my account with no valid explanation. Their excuse? Apparently, “weak internet connection at home.” This is absurd and outrageous – it’s not the user’s fault if their platform can’t function properly.
Customer support is useless and dismissive, constantly shifting blame and refusing to resolve the issue. This broker does not respect clients, refuses to pay profits, and does everything to steal your money.
If you think investing with XLence is safe – think again. This is a classic scam, and I warn everyone to keep their money far away from them.
Bottom line: If you value your money and sanity, stay far away from XLence broker!

Regarding your answer on trustpilot - My account number is 628642 Milos Stevanovic email - I wrote to support and you will not solve the case. I want to submit everything to prove that it is not my fault, but you refuse to do so. I know that I am not guilty and I did not violate anything on purpose. The internet connection is like that in my house and it's not up to me and I didn't use any robots as you say. You closed an account with a profit of $13,500 and refuse to pay.
