Tavara tuli ajallaan ja oli juuri sellainen kuin pitikin.

Hyvin toimi, lähetys tuli ajallaan.

Koot oli helposti tarkistettavissa ja pitivät paikkansa. Tuotteet laadukkaita. Toimitusaika kohtuullinen.

Hinta laatu kohtasivat toimitus ois saanu olla vähän nopeempaa m7ut ok kuiteski

Tuotteet saapuneet aina hyvin pakattuina ja palautus myös onnistuu helposti.

Hieman pitkä toimitus, tuote hyvä

My order arrived in less than a week, which was a pleasant surprise since the original estimated arrival time was over two weeks. Unfortunately, the order was a completely wrong product. I made a complaint, to which XLMOTO responded the following business day apologizing for the issue and sent the correct product. Despite the initial hassle, I'm overall pleased with the customer service and how swiftly they worked to fix the issue! The new package came within a week, with the correct product.

Takarenkaan toimitus kesti kokonaisuudessaan kolme ja puoli viikkoa keskellä ajokautta.
Myöhästyi vielä puolitoista viikkoa arvioidusta viimeisestä toimituspäivästä.

Tilauksen toimituksessa kesti yli kuukausi. Mitään hyvityksiä ei luvattu.

Hitaasti lähti mutta tuli perille

Vähän hidas toimitus mutta muuten toimii hyvin.

I have ordered several times from xlmoto (finland). The first few orders went well, but for the last one I had to wait over a month for them to even update the package status to packed. The product wasn't marked as out of stock or anything like that by the way. They told the reason as a "it update" but I don't see that as a valid reason for a whole month of waiting despite sending emails about it. They still haven't even sent the package. Their customer service takes 1-2 business days to answer which to me is not good by nowadays standards. The worst part has to be the return policy. Returns are easy, but xlmoto has very slow return shipment. Return shipping takes roughly double the time compared to them sending a product and on top of that it took them roughly a week for them to send the money back. I will not recommend ordering from them unless they have significantly lower price than others and you are ready to possibly wait for a long time.
