Terrible company.
Numerous emails sent back and forth. Part showing as in stock and ready for dispatch, even still now. However, days went by after paying and no notification of dispatch, so contacted them so be told the part isn’t in stock, was sold once I had paid, had been discontinued by Remus, but they had ordered a large number to get them made again, so would be a while before I received my part.
Checking the website, it still says part is in stock and available for dispatch.
Liars.
I was told I’d be sent an instant refund if I wanted one, to which I agreed on, then had to wait a couple of days before refund was sent.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Ordered from them an "R&G Racing aluminium oil cooler guard for ROYAL ENFIELD CONTINENTAL GT 650 2019-2023" on March the 13th. Website claimed an estimated delivery time of 2 to 15 working days which means they don't stock. Totally cool. 6 days later, after never hearing from them I asked how much time they need? Next day (on the 20th) they replied that they can ship by the end of next week.
On the 30th of March I send them another email reminding them of my case. And they reply "Oh sorry, the manufacturer answered that the product you have already paid 20 days ago, is discontinued. Do you want the black one?" It took another two-three days and another two emails for them to cancel my order and refund my money.

Personale davvero molto molto disponibile e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, consiglio!

They don't have stock of the items they advertise. They claim to have it, charge you double the shipping and then claim 2-5 days shipping while not mentioning the 2 weeks you wait for them to receive the goods and then ship it to you ,,,maybe in the shipping time they claim.

Ho dovuto rimandare indietro dei contrappesi perchè non potevo montarli sul mio manubrio contrariamente da quanto riportato nella descrizione del prodotto e nelle immagini. Ho fatto la richiesta di restituzione specificando che la causa fosse la descrizione errata e le misure non corrispondessero, la richiesta è stata subito accetta senza bisogno di ulteriori chiarimenti.
Quando mi arriva il rimborso scopro che hanno trattenuto 10€. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi hanno mandato le condizioni di vendita, dicendomi che è tutto scritto lì. In caso di reso la spedizione è a carico dell'acquirente. Peccato che questa era una restituzione causa articolo non conforme alla descrizione.
Ecco le condizioni di vendita (resi):

"Qualora i prodotti ricevuti non siano conformi a quanto ordinato, i prodotti potranno essere a noi resi, previo accordi.
Se il prodotto non può essere installato per un problema derivante dal prodotto stesso o da un errato invio, le spese di reso saranno interamente a nostro carico.
Se il prodotto ordinato vuole essere reso per un motivo differente da quanto sopra esposto si ricorda che, il diritto di recesso è regolato dal D.Lgs. n. 206 del 06/09/2005."

(In descizione è scritto che montano con boccole ad espansione e le misure riportate sono diametri 12-18mm, il mio manubrio ha un diametro interno di 14mm e non è possibile il montaggio perché le suddette boccole non si espandono coprendo quel range di misure, ma sono una di 12 e una di 18 e hanno una capacità di espansione di circa 1mm).
