I contacted them via email requesting quotes on two vehicles for window tint. A few hours later I received a general email stating that someone will get in contact with me regarding my request. It has been 10 days since my request and NOTHING from these people!!! No phone calls, no emails, absolutely CRICKETS.
Why would anyone want to do business with such crappy company?

This product is snake oil and will leave your car looking worse than without it. The stuff is super soft unlike other film materials and takes of a why mark anytime it gets touched with a rock or any sort of encounter. The self healing claims are bogus. Thy will void your warranty if you get it dirty. 10k for a wrap and ceramic that they say is not allowed to get dirty and will look like a snowstorm after the first drive on a gravel road.

I had an excellent experience working with Blake Adair at XPEL Austin (11100 Metric Blvd. Ste. 200-A. Austin TX.). Blake answered all my questions and made some great suggestions that made good sense. Blake is personable and highly knowledgeable. I'm grateful for the clarity and professionalism with down to earth genuine help to set up my car with the best window tint film in the business. I highly recommend Blake and EXPEL to anyone looking to get a cooler car in Texas!

Après la pose, il faut presque 3 voir 4 mois pour enlever le flou et avoir une bonne visibilité.
En 3 mois le film est déjà totalement griffé et jauni, résultat 400 euros à la poubelle.
Film pare-brise pas au point.
Je déconseille fortement.

If you’re thinking of spending top dollar on XPEL Ultimate Fusion, think again. I had it installed on my Nissan 370Z by an "authorized" installer in the UAE, and within 6 months, the film looked sandblasted and dull despite the car being parked indoors in a basement. It’s been polished twice to temporarily hide the fading, but it just keeps getting worse.

I reached out to XPEL directly, expecting the level of support you’d assume comes with a 10-year warranty and one of the most expensive PPFs on the market. What I got instead? Silence. Weeks go by, no reply, no ownership, no action despite several reminders.

It’s beyond disappointing that a global brand like XPEL allows this kind of deceptive practice and refuses to take responsibility for warranty claims. There’s nothing “premium” about their customer service, just a logo and a big price tag.

Save your money and your peace of mind. I’ll never recommend XPEL to anyone again.
