Purchased a D9 Pro. Arrived within two days. A great saving not only on the purchase price but no delivery fee's, VAT or import tax oh and not forgetting a couriers admin charge that the likes of DHL screw you on. The tool is good quality, quick to set up and the wireless facility is a great option. Have tried on a couple of older vehicles 2004 /2013 Vauxhall/ Citroen not really had much success. options seem limited for the older vehicles. But looking forward to trying some newer models see how it goes. It was a tough decision to make due to the amount of scammers and fake goods but in all fairness, service up til now has been exceptional.

Be careful by buying the tools. My tool have software problem and the only way is to pay a lot of money. never again with this company. if you search good tool look for other tools.

I purchased a diagnostic device from them. It stopped working. I spoke to them and they told me to send it to China for repair, I sent it in January 2023. It’s now June 2023. They’ve stopped replying to my messages and when I track my item it was sitting in depot for several months and now it’s disappeared. They’re extremely unprofessional the fact that they read my messages and do not reply. I’ve lost £700+ and can’t do anything about it.

Worst customer support ever, had to sent a scan tool back to China today because they wouldn’t give me the uk address because they didn’t want me to send it back, the reason I was sending it back is because it was absolute crap and didn’t do what it was suppose to do, I have dealt with diagnostics for 17 years and can clearly say xtool is the worst kind of diagnostics you can ever buy, they are ok for dtc retrieval and half of live data diagnostics and that’s about it so do not waste anything more than £100 if you are to shop at this disastrous company otherwise you will be sorry, and if you wish to return anything well you will be even sorrier because they do not reply and I had to go through PayPal and escalate my case to which they replied with an return address to China!! The scumbags, avoid buying from this place and go to launch uk if you want a good service tool with solid customer service support, do not waste your time or money with xtool or you will be sorry if you are looking for anything more than a code reader, if you want professionalism in the diagnostics industry then stay from xtool and go to launch 👍

The Xtool D7 was very slow, compared to other diagnostic tools.
Tried to get a refund as per their policy, they wanted to deduct £30. And kept on trying to convince me that the item was good, and that it required a factory flashing?
To this day I'm still waiting on xtool to agree on a full refund.

Don’t confuse this site with xtoolS.co.uk!! Xtool.co.uk is a vehicle diagnostic shop, not a laser something or other.

Based on China, their website will have you believe they have a U.K. warehouse and delivery will take 7-9 days. My unit came from China, via Athens, Thessaloniki and finally to me, taking 18 days. So that wasn’t the best start, however, they have earned every one of the five stars.

First off, I bought a D8 and it is the genuine article, not a copy. It cost me £577 inclusive of tax, import duty and delivery - the same thing on Amazon today retails at £659, and in the US it’s $799, so this represents a serious saving over the ‘official’ retailers.

Based on their web advertising, I was expecting a swift U.K. based delivery which obviously didn’t happen, but…. This is what sets good companies apart from the bad, their customer service was superb. They answered emails every time within the hour, often within 15 minutes to allay my “where is my package?” “My package is in Greece, why?” “The tracking number shows it’s been in Athens for 8 days?” and other such fears.

If you’re in the market for vehicle diagnostic kit, and don’t mind waiting a few weeks for delivery, then this is the company to choose.

The price was significantly lower than anywhere else, it’s the genuine thing and their after sales is superb.

I had an issue with my D1Pro 20w laser. I was so worried since I didn’t start using it till some time later after purchasing it. Ellen and Chloe were exceptionally great at troubleshooting my issues with my machine. Although we were unsuccessful at getting all the issues resolved; they offered to send me a new machine and return mine. They really went above and beyond at helping me out. I have never dealt with a company that is so loyal and dedicated to their customers as XTOOL support team is. I would definitely recommend them. Ellen even personally called me via FaceTime to see exactly what was going wrong. I would give them more stars if I could. Absolutely exceptional service. I can not stress this enough. No worries shopping with them , really!
