However, we are disappointed by your comments, as we do not believe they accurately reflect the circumstances or the assistance provided by our team.
Before arranging any insurance policy, we take care to explain the importance of providing complete and accurate information, including the potential consequences should discrepancies subsequently come to light.
Following routine validation checks by the insurer, certain matters were identified that required further attention. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, our team contacted you to explain the circumstances and worked to find an alternative insurance option.
Despite our efforts to secure alternative terms, you chose not to proceed with the option offered and subsequently requested cancellation of your policy.
For these reasons, we respectfully disagree with your suggestion that no assistance was provided. Our team made every effort to help you find a suitable resolution whilst adhering to the insurer's underwriting requirements.
Whilst we appreciate that the outcome was disappointing, we believe our team acted professionally and did everything reasonably possible to assist you.
Should you wish to discuss your concerns further, please contact us directly. We would be happy to review the matter with you.
