Absolutely avoid this site. I had the same return experience as the other reviewers: I was offered $15 for a $50 sweater I wished to return, and though the return address on the package was in Washington State they said it was too expensive to return it to Dubai. They eventually offered me $21 which I've yet to see.

The "sweater" ordered was not the sweater in the picture. It was a cheap ripoff, where they printed a sweater pattern on polyester, and the other side was white. It didn't have layers, as the picture did. So far, they haven't answered my request for a return. Awful!

Terrible, terrible customer service. Product ordered was never shipped, but they claim it is in transit and have done for two weeks. They will not credit my card. Had to turn it over to my credit card company to dispute the charge. Do not do business with this company.

Just read some of the reviews. I recently ordered two sweaters and one sweater had threads loose and neither of them fit well. Tried to return them and got the same response others did. They would refund my shipping but not the $90 I spent on the sweaters. I will not order from them again. I have never heard of a store that dos not accept returns.

Their website says "easy returns". Not so. When I asked for a return authorization number, they replied that they would credit me $15 and I could keep the sweater. I challenged that, and then offered me $25. What a scam!

Nice sweater, and good customer service when I asked a question. Will purchase again.

At the time the order was placed both items were available. I expected to have my purchase in about 2 weeks. When that didn't happen I started tracking & found it was coming from Linden NJ - OK - a distribution center. From 12/8 to 12/23 it went to HOUSTON!!! I'm in Florida, talk about taking the scenic route! I ordered this in plenty of time to get it before Xmas but that doesn't look like that will happen. I expect a full refund.

A beautifully designed sweater that looks and feels great. I was nervous about the sizing, but read the previous reviews and a size M fit great ( I’m 5’8” and 150 lb). Its unique design element on the bottom makes it fabulous and very different from a more traditional cardigan. Love it!

I ordered multiple tops & like them all. Sizes run true & the quality of all the tops are very nice. Will order more in the future.

Something is really wrong with this company. Order took forever and then when I wished to return a sweater for a full refund per usual policy they said would you accept $15 and keep the sweater?! I had ordered the same sweater in two sizes to find the best fit and planned to return one. Beware!

The customer service was responsive and helpful when I had delivery problems the quality of my purchases is very good.

Took weeks to receive despite their website saying it's shipped from the U.S. Material was very thin, did not look like the photo shown on website. Absolutely NOT worth the cost AT ALL. It was also too small. When I tried to return, they would not accept it, and offered me $15.00 back on a $58.00 item (excluding shipping cost) and to keep the item. What would I do with a cheap sweater that is too small? Just plain wrong.

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering because the quality of clothing from my trusted retailers seems to have declined the past few years. I chose to order from Yaroi because the selection was varied and the fabrics looked appealing. I was pleasantly surprised by the weight of the fabrics. The patterns and colors looked very close to the website. All shirts washed well. I ordered a size large due to big shoulders and they all fit well aside from the sleeves being a little long. The ship time was almost 3 weeks but given the time of year I feel it's reasonable. I plan to order again.

Package was delivered and was what I had hoped it would be. The fit is great and it will be a perfect staple to incorporate into my professional wardrobe for the winter. I nice layer of wool warmth without being bulky. Fits true to size.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order 3 weeks ago, never received a confirmation number...never received my order. They are the worst! BEWARE!!

Never heard of Yaroi. Took a chance buying two sweaters. Both are soft and look great. Thank you.

Items ordered fit perfectly, are well made and beautiful. Shipping was as promised. Delighted with this purchase.

For the value these sweaters are stylish and comfortable. Sizing is perfect, if not a bit large. Four stars only because the lead time for delivery was a little longer than expected.

I thought these items were made in the USA but saw it is China. I love the sweater and tee but the small tee is too large for me. I am going to have it altered because I love the design.
