Unsolicited emails, texts and calls - Tried getting removed without success. Filed a Better Business Bureau complaint which was responded to by Michael Nunes, claiming they only contact people who submit their information - I offered to retract my BBB complaint and not file a FTC complaint or a complaint with the FL Secretary of State if he would simply supply me a copy of it along with the IP address (as stated in their privacy policy and terms of conditions) and he refused to supply it. Additionally, he somehow was able to convince the BBB not to publish my complaint

Update to Company’s response 1/8/26

Companies reply to my BBB Complaint stated they only contact people who have “opted in”. I simply asked for a copy of evidence of that. The blatant refusal to supply requested information speaks volumes, as well as a number of TCPA complaints that have been filed. One would think that if the actually had the opt in that would exonerate any claims I’ve made, but they refuse to supply it without a court or administrative order. I also offered to speak with them on the phone but they declined that as well
