I was mislead and didn't understand the product I was getting, which had an astronomical interest rate and my reps won't respond or help me (John or Brian) shut it down.

I appreciate the help now, it seems it took this review to get a response, I had asked to close this before in my communications, and today is the first time I received a direct answer or direction on how I can close the account.

Hello David- We have looked into this for you.
You funded a line of credit with us in December 31 of 2025. It appears you paid it off in full in January 5, 2026. You only paid for the interest for that time period. There was 2% draw fee from the lender which equalled $400 on a $20,000 draw. The lender agreed to refund the fee, however since it you paid it back within a week, they couldn't send a credit to a paid in full account. The interest charged for that time period was $146, which is less than 1% of the draw amount.
Regarding the non responsiveness or lack of help: I can see Brian has called you twice today prior to this review being posted. It seems that was in response to an email chain you have with him from today (again prior to this review). From the email chain, you are requesting an official closure of the account although the line has been paid in full for more than 6 months. Brian provided you with the lender's Customer Service number to do so as we can't do it directly (it has to come from the customer).
We welcome all reviews. However, we ask to please be fair about the review. All communications have been answered, the line of credit was paid in full within a week, and there was minimal interest paid on it.
