I had a very disappointing experience with YatyCloud.

I purchased a VPS, and right after the payment, I started facing serious issues. Their client dashboard became inaccessible and showed a Cloudflare Tunnel Error (Error 1033). Because of this, I couldn't manage or access my services properly.

The biggest problem is their customer support. I contacted them multiple times, but I received no response. There was no acknowledgement, no update, and no effort to resolve the issue. When customers pay for a hosting service, they expect reliable infrastructure and responsive support. Unfortunately, I experienced neither.

If you are planning to host important websites or business applications, think carefully before choosing this provider. Downtime can happen with any company, but completely unresponsive support during such situations is unacceptable.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend YatyCloud. I hope they improve their infrastructure stability and customer support in the future.

Poor Service, I bought VPS for 1 month and it hardly worked for 6 days. I contacted support but no help.
The tickets are open for more than 8 days with no resolution. They are the scammer. Don't buy VPS from them.

I purchased a VPS with 12 CPU cores and 32 GB RAM. After receiving it, I used it for a few hours to set everything up and then went to sleep. The next morning, I had completely lost access to the VPS.

I contacted support on WhatsApp, but the communication has been extremely poor. Responses take days, and I rarely get a clear explanation of what's actually happening. After a lot of back and forth, they restored access to the VPS, but all of my previous data was gone or corrupted. I decided to let that go and started setting everything up again.

However, the VPS still isn't functional. Most of the time I can't even log in, let alone use it for any actual work. Every time I contact support, I'm told it will be fixed, but when I check later, nothing has changed. Replies often come 1–2 days later, if at all, and the responses are vague and unhelpful.

It's now been over a week since I purchased the VPS, and it has never been consistently functional. The poor communication and lack of proper support have made this an extremely frustrating experience.
