Available on iOS and Android, Yaya operates across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Bahrain. The app has been downloaded over 95,000 times and allows families to browse verified caregiver profiles, watch video introductions, and communicate securely through in-app messaging before hiring. All caregiver profiles are individually reviewed before publication, and families hire caregivers directly, giving them full transparency over experience, availability, and salary expectations. Yaya has received over 2,000 five-star reviews on Google and is used by tens of thousands of families across the region. Yaya was founded in Dubai by parents Rui Pinto and Marilena Hadgianni to solve a problem they experienced firsthand: in the UAE and Bahrain, most families still find nannies and maids through informal Facebook groups and WhatsApp chats — an unstructured, unreliable process with no verification, no transparency, and no accountability. Yaya was built to digitise and formalise that process.

Filtered and quality profiles for childcare

I’ve used Yaya to find a part-time nanny twice and the experience has been very good: the profiles have been carefully filtered making items to find the right type of childcare you’re looking for. If you’re short on time and need the the right type of help with your kids, Yaya is your one stop shop.

تجربتي مع موقع Yaya Middle East كانت ممتازة جدًا، وأنصح فيه لكل العائلات في الإمارات.
التطبيق سهل الاستخدام بشكل كبير، وساعدني ألاقي مربية مناسبة بسرعة وبدون أي تعقيد. أكثر شيء عجبني هو وضوح المعلومات في الملفات الشخصية، حيث تقدر تشوف الخبرة والتفاصيل بكل شفافية.

كمان حسّيت إن فيه نظام موثوق لاختيار المربيات، وهذا أعطاني راحة واطمئنان أثناء البحث. التواصل داخل التطبيق كان سهل وسريع، وهذا وفر عليّ وقت وجهد كبير.

بصراحة تجربة مريحة وآمنة، وأنصح أي شخص يبحث عن مربية يستخدم هذا التطبيق

A Trustworthy and Seamless Way to Find the Perfect Nanny

I recently used Yaya to find a nanny, and the experience was extremely positive. I’ve been recommending the app to anyone looking for a trustworthy profile.

The navigation is smooth and user-friendly, and each nanny has a very detailed profile. It’s clear that a thorough screening process takes place behind the scenes, which gives you real reassurance about the people you’re considering meeting.

I recently used this app to find a nanny with no stress!

I recently used this app to find a nanny for my family, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From the start, the app was incredibly easy to use. The sign-up process was simple, and I loved how detailed the profiles were. You can see each nanny’s experience, qualifications, availability. It made comparing candidates feel organized and stress-free instead of overwhelming.
