You get what you pay for! Misleading product information. Very poor quality material and functions. I would not buy it again nor recommend.

After months of emailing with customer service I’m still stuck with a broken projector. Audio did not work from day one. Extremely disappointed, DO NOT BUY!

Inexpensive and effective projector. Only problem is that you have to use the remote to control it and I lost mine. I contacted customer service and they sent me a free replacement. It took about 10 days but still excellent service.

This projector gets the job done. You can't stream copyrighted stuff directly, but it partners up nicely with a Fire Stick for that, and it's simple to get going.

I'm happy with this projector! The keystone correction and zoom are neat features - made getting the picture size just right so simple.It does look its best when the room is a bit darker, though.

The picture on this projector is super clear and the sound quality is pretty good too! It's a bit basic on apps and smart features, but we just plug in a Fire stick and that sorts it.

The built-in speakers are fine for everyday listening, though I normally connect external ones for richer sound.

This projector is great size - it's small and light, so super easy to carry around or tuck away. The only thing is, you can't charge it up.

This company is a scam, don't buy here!

Do not buy. Projection quality is crap and the projector is super noisy. The company is actually chinese and getting a refund is impossible.

Do not buy from this company. It's impossible to get a refund. They offered me 15% refund to keep the projector, but this was never paid. Noisy projector.

No customer service at all. Don’t trust the 90-day warranty, as it’s impossible to speak with anyone from customer support. The projector is very noisy and has many issues with Bluetooth and HDMI connections. If you’re looking for a projector, avoid Yector. Don’t trust any reviews on their website. I’ve been trying to return the projector, but no one has gotten back to me — at this point, there’s no guarantee I’ll get my money back. Total waste of money and time.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order with this company at 7am GMT but just a few hours later I changed my mind. I used their promoted "chat to us" service which said I would get an immediate response to. This wasn't a live chat it was simply an email. I requested to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. I didn't get the immediate response, so I emailed again. 2 days later still no response so again I sent another email.

4 days after placing my order I get a reply saying I am going to be charged a 15% interception fee to cancel my order!! This is outrageous to say the least as I requested to cancel my order before it would have even been seen! I can't see a reason for charging me 15% fir intercepting an order that would not have even been read let alone processed.

Absolutely disgusting.

Do not buy from this company if you want a good customer service because you won't get it.

Scam

They sent a product completely different than advertised then refused to refund it as “there is nothing wrong with it”. Absolute criminals.

Don't consider this at all, if your planning to buy a relatively cheap projector. My remote/controller didn't work so I had to order a replacement. Doesn't cast from phone and returning the product will cost you more than you will buy for the product as it gets sent back to the warehouse in China ! Do not recommend at all. Don't trust the websites reviews either.

Terrible quality projector, very poor picture. Customer service is non-existent. You CAN NOT return the product. Chinese rules apply, no returns without spending money on postage. Don't buy!

The projector i ordered was of poor quality, the sound was tinny and there was a scratch on the lens. Currently going round and round in circles with them via email. I don't think I'm going to get a refund.

Ordered projector. It arrived promptly. We love the product. I lost the remote. Messaged the company to purchase another and they sejt one out free of charge. Really excellent service, above and beyond.

It is written return guaranty 90 days ? Thats is BULLSHIT. They use the personal reason as they wont and will not cover you
I wanted to return mine for several reason : they littleraly menace you by saying the return is free but you will have to pay for the shipping and its international so it will be a lot of money. What bullshit is it ? How call you this return guaranty ? And where know the site it said shipped from china ?? I would already not bought it at this point !
The reason I wanted to return it is first :
1) IT DO NOT CONNECT most of the time to my apple devices so i cannot use it most of the time
2) the size of the screen is too big for my appartement. They showed me how to reduce the size but then you loose a lot of the resolution.
3) you cannot change the angle so its very unpractical.
REALLY RUN AWAY AT THIS POINT ITS A SCAM do not get yourself raken by this 90 days warranty ! You can get so many same or better at same price that you can actually return if it do not work.
