Missing item
Ordered a cap for my son. Never received it as it went missing. Yelir offered a refund or a replacement. The cap I Ordered is out of stock and 2 weeks later still is. So requested a refund, never received the money either. So now im £50 down and minus the cap I bought. Emailed them for the past 2 weeks, never get a response. Poor customer service.

I have bought several items from YELIR because I like the simple design and the fit is always good, I had a quality issue with 3 of the T-shirts I purchased, after serval months the neck on the T-shirts went baggie and lost there shape, I contacted customer service who asked me to send them pictures of the problem which I did....Then I had no reply....so I messaged them again....I still haven't had a response? poor customer service.
