Bought a beauty fridge for my daughter and no fridge turned up no refund just crooks. Fake website.

I too bought a beauty fridge in good faith. No fridge, no refund, no returned emails. Where to turn next?

Absolutely disgusting company, rude, ignorant and a bunch of thieves. I ordered in January, paid for ladders in full yet STILL waiting. Sent lots of emails but they just keep getting ignored by Yellans. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered this as a Christmas present sent lots of emails and still to this day nothing.

I ordered a fridge in January but I still haven't received anything ... I emailed them to send my money back and they didn't answer me ... some thieves ... can I sue them?

I am so annoyed! I spent 4 weeks saving up money as a teenager who struggles with get a job due to my age to order a cosmetic fridge. I saw there was a sale on the website so proceeded to order my fridge on the 26th of December. By the 26th of Jan it stilled hadn’t turned up so I proceeded to email the company and just like everyone else has said got the email about how the fridges had some type of faulty issue, but would be sent out by the 31st of Jan. It’s currently the 22nd of March and I still haven’t revived anything. I’ve tried txting the number given, nothin. Even tried emailing again to then get a notification saying that the email doesn’t existed anymore. The website has been taken down so I can’t even get on there. Just wanted to do something nice for my mums 50th which is next week. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

This company is a scam. I ordered beauty fridge for Christmas present and still have not received it till this day. I went on Instagram to msg them and I was blocked immediately. I sent numerous emails and was told faulty fridge and I will be refunded in 10 days. They have not respond to any of my email since :(( Evil Company

Same as others. My daughter ordered a mini fridge. Offered a refund when it didn’t come and now no fridge or refund. Emails bounce back and site taken down. Avoid!

Scam, ordered a ladder and it didn’t turn up

Absolute scam, ordered ladders and haven’t received anything, their email doesn’t work or the telephone number provided. Please avoid!

I ordered a beauty fridge which never arrived. I proceeded to email them and they said there was problem with the manufacturing. they said they would ship it in early feb if I still wanted it but it never came so I have just asked for a full refund and their email no longer exists. scam ! so annoyed I was really looking forward to my beauty fridge.

Order a beauty fridge in January never received it. When I emailed them they told ne there had been a delay then told it was out of stock. End of February told that they had processed my refund I still haven’t received my money back have emailed them no end of times and am just getting ignored

I've ordered a step ladder from Yellans from in January 2021, I've sent them an email about not receiving my item, They reply that they would send the item as soon as they get the stocks, I'm still waiting but when i tried again to get in touch with them, their site has closed down, I'm very disappointed in this company they're a bunch of con artist.

I am also waiting for a stepladder and received an email saying it was on its way. Another three weeks have passed. The site is down I notice today. How do we claim our money back?
