Really unhappy with the services of this product and customer services!

I bought a lifetime deal from their actual site in the past: yepic.ai and they used to have the 'Studio Pro' feature available and 'Eleven Labs' features available.

After a few of their releases or feature enhancements from their end, their customer services takes weeks to get back to you, the 'Studio Pro' feature that used to work perfectly well it's not working and they are saying it will take 'a few weeks' to be fixed and months have passed and yet is not working and all in all loads of glitches are happening frequently that I am completely unhappy.

Overall, I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with them and I wouldn't recommend their services to other fellow or prospective customers.

फिर कालिया गेम के आदमी उसकी चलती गाड़ी के सामने आ जाते हैं और उसे नीचे उतरकर मारने पीटने लग जाते हैं उन्हें लगता है कि यह मोबाइल भर चुका है तो वह उसे नदी में फनकार चले जाते हैं
कुशल यार आज उसे 4 दिन हो गए एवं भाई फोन नहीं उठा रहा दूसरा व्यक्ति बोलता है कि यार कोई काम होगा इसलिए नहीं उठा रहा

कुशल भाई ऐसा कर उसे ढूंढना चाहते हैं मोबाइल को महीना हो गया है फोन नहीं उठा रहा तो वह ढूंढते ढूंढते उसी जगह पहुंचते हैं जहां भाई को मारा था वहां पर ढूंढते हैं तो झाड़ियां में बाइक पड़ी मिलती है और वहां पर फोन भी मिलता है उसे फोन में रिकॉर्ड है
हेमू भाई भाई यह कालिया गेम के लोग मुझे करने के लिए आगे हैं और मैं कल मिलूं या ना मिलूं तो तू मेरी मौत का बदला जरूर ले लेना

Signed up so i could compare it against Heygen. Managed to create a script and started messing about with different features. Tried to preview it but error kept telling me i needed to but more credits/upgrade.

Sadly, not as friendly as Heygen as I am now in my third day testing etc without having to buy or upgrade. However, the voices I believe are better on Yepic.

Do you honestly believe I'm going to part with £300 when i've not even had the chance to try out the program properly!

Regarding the AI video site yepic.ai, I had a positive experience with it and found its UI and UX to be intuitive and functional. The variety of avatars and talking heads available, as well as the high-quality audio voices with many options to choose from, were standout features. Unfortunately, I made the regretful decision to purchase an LTD, only to be left in the dark about how to activate it. To make matters worse, my attempts to reach out to the support team through both email and chat have been met with deafening silence. This appalling lack of assistance is incredibly distressing, as even if the product were of exceptional quality, it is now utterly worthless to me if I cannot gain access to it.

Update: Support got much better. Also they now provide info about their support hours, and outside support hours, you can drop them your email address and your request.

There still are some bugs, like sometimes the videos are shown as generated before they are generated, or you cannot finish the upload of your face to the system.

One of the best AI video production that give human like lip sync and also accurate Multilanguage results! This is a must have tool if you have a website that promotes service or sells products.

Yepic provided a superb and unique experience. I have plenty of apps that can produce videos but none can produce a talking photo just using a simple photo like Yepic can do. My static photo, after being approved by Yepic (I appreciate the check!), can then even smile, blink eyes etc. And most incredible, it can talk! The lips sync feature by Yepic is second to none I believe.

The process of producing videos is also quite easy, which is a plus although it is not as unique as the talking photo and lips sync. I can add background, text, voice over (by the way, the text to speech mechanism by Yepic is quite "human").

All in all, I have great experience with Yepic - very unique feature, very neat workflow.

Yepic Studio is an excellent application. I found it very attractive and extremely easy to use. I have been impressed by the feature of uploading a photo of myself and using it to make presentations, along with many other features that make this application a very useful and effective tool. The time it takes to generate a video is very reasonable, and the result is fabulous. I recommend this app for anyone who wants to raise their level in video creation.
